The election took place and, the results were as follows:
Out of 1500 seats:
LSU: 735(49%)
CU: 570 (38%)
Green Liberal : 105(7%)
The patriots: 45(3%)
The left: 45 (3%)
The Green Liberals were a very moderate party, professing both Liberalism and Environmentally friendly policies. They were the perfect coalition partner and indeed they received the coalition offer well.
On September 1st, 2060, Alex was walking to work to be elected chancellor. He passed an alley where he saw a kid slouched down crying. The Kid had brown hair and brown eyes.
Alex bent down "Hey kid what's the matter?"
The kid responded "Mommy and Daddy don't want me anymore, they said to stay here and just told me to have a nice life"
"What's your name, son?" Alex asked.
"William, William Benson" The kid responded.
"I want you to come with me, I'll help you"
"Thank You sir, By the way what is your name?" William asked.
"Alex, Alex Garner, you may know me, I was the chancellor of the Union and about to be so again"
"Oh Boy, thank you very much".
Alex got to work with William in tow and the vote took place and Alex was elected Chancellor.
Then he wrote to the courts to adopt William, the courts quickly ruled in his favor and William became his son.
The first day as father and son was an eventful day, Alex watched Reruns of Peppa pig with William and other Children's shows.
"Thank you daddy, I love you" said William
"I love you too Will" he said.
It was nice to have a kid in the house again.
