Scandal erupted in the Union on July 20th,2060, when the Washington post revealed in an exclusive story that multiple women had came forth saying that Carlos Mendoza Ramírez had sexual relations with them when they were minors. This report was corroborated by many of Ramírez's acquaintances and estranged relatives.

On July 21st, Mendoza Ramírez went on the air and made a speech :

"This is a witch hunt, I committed none of these acts. I'm not a crook nor pedophile, and I did not have sexual relations with those women"

His story was immediately undercut with the leaking of a recording of an unused interview with a TV station, in the interview, Mendoza Ramírez said:

"I have been with many women in my time, If you are famous they let you get away with anything. I grab them by the P*ssy."

Calls were growing for a motion of no confidence and a member of the LSU put one forward in the Congress.

The Vote Took place on July 31st, and 55% of the NAC, or 825 congresspeople voted for Mendoza Ramírez's removal, including many members of his own party. A new election was scheduled for August 20th.
