Chapter 29

Narrator's POV

2 hours ago...

The Captain was making a plan to save the group from death. There were 3 or 5 gunmen in the throne room circling around them and making sure that no one went in or out.

Mitch: Come on, Mitch, think. How are you going to do this?

Suddenly, he came up with an idea. If he could get one of the gunmen over to his area, he could knock him out and take his uniform, and -

But that all went up in flames when he saw the gang being freed. He was shocked that they managed to do that. While being free, Reggie quickly grabbed his gun and shot the gunmen at his arm. Alex grabbed the nearly weapon he could find and hit one gunman with a block of wood. Flynn was just fighting one with her bare hands, and she's winning.

The Captain just stood there, feeling proud and shocked at the way they were handling things. But there's no time to just stand there. He needed to help.

He saw one of the gunmen targeting Alex, and the Captain pulled up his gun and shot the gunman in the chest. Alex was surprised until he saw the Captain, but he was also thankful for the save.

Captain: Need some help.

Flynn: Definitely.

Flynn was starting to struggle until Reggie came over to help her. She elbowed the gunmen, and Reggie kicked him in the groin. The gunmen immediately fell down, and a few seconds later, he fell to the floor unconscious.

After the fight was over, Reggie grabbed Flynn by the waist. He dipped her and shared a passionate kiss with her. She was surprised that it was happening, but she happily kissed back.

It was sweet until they heard Alex coughed out loud. They pulled apart with a blush on their faces.

Alex: This is sweet and all, but we need to get going.

Mitch: You're right. Luke and the princess might be outside waiting for us.

Flynn: But what about the other gunmen? If they see us, they'll kill us.

Alex: Flynn's right. We need to have a plan.

Reggie: What should we do, Captain Mitchell?

Mitch: Well, we could -

Just then, 3 more gunmen and 1 woman just entered, and the Captain just got an idea.

45 minutes later, they changed into their disguises and started to make their out of the castle. Almost there to salvation, the walkie-talkie started to go on in the Captain's belt.

WT (walkie-talkie): Max, can you hear me?

The Captain picked up the walkie-talkie and started speaking.

Mitch: Yeah, I'm right here.

WT: Can over to the throne room. We got the princess and her guard.

Everyone's eyes widen. They were scared for their friends and the captain for his son.

Mitch: We're on our way.

It turned off, and the Captain turned towards the group with a worried look.

Alex: What are we going to do?

Flynn: What do you mean? We're going to rescue them!

Reggie: We can't just leave them behind.

Alex: We also can't leave Willie behind.

Flynn: We can't count on him anymore.

Mitch: What do you mean by that Flynn?
