Marketone, a hologram specialist company, announced on the 14th that it will participate in the 'Korea 4th Industrial Revolution Festival 2022' event with a new Metaverse product. This event is sponsored by the Ministry of Science and ICT and hosted by ZDNet Korea, and about 250 companies in the ICT field participate.
Marketone, which has been focusing on developing non-contact technology since the second half of 2020, commercialized a hologram elevator button last year. This year, we are introducing various products such as 'Meta-Door Lock', 'Meta-Bus Products', and 'Meta-Kiosk'. Marketon will exhibit △meta door locks, △hologram elevator buttons, △hologram elevator stand products, and △hologram kiosks at the Korea 4th Industrial Revolution Festival 2022 event held from the 15th to the 17th.
The new security product, Meta-Door Lock, is activated by hovering the number pad in the air and touching it. Existing door locks have caused problems such as leaving fingerprints or marks after touching them and breaking access control security, but the meta-door lock leaves no marks. Metaverse products using hologram technology are systems that enable meetings and various collaborations in a virtual space with the naked eye without wearing goggles.
Marketon's hologram elevator button products are being distributed to the Korea Elevator Safety Corporation and Yeongdeungpo Tax Office. Marketone is expanding its scope to include meta door locks, kiosk products, CAR SEAT (car hologram), and metaverse hologram.
