Chapter 40- Plan? What plan?(Shattered? Multiverse)

Origins Broomy and Brom, work together to try and help Star understand Code.

Shattered? Multiverse

One month ago

The scene would look odd if anyone was there to actually witness it but sadly no one was there to stop what would end up causing a massive headache in the future for many monsters.

A large sentient paintbrush, a wolf-like creature dripping Ink and a rather hyperactive babybones all standing in a clearing should have been the start of a terrible joke but not in this case.

This was sadly only the start of even more headaches for the omniverse at large....

"You really think this will be fun?"

Star said curious, unsure why exactly they were here but was always up for discovering something new. He giggled when Creators Broomy brushed against him in reassurance, quite liking this sentient brush who he thought was a lot of fun to be around.

He wondered why they didnt want to change shape like Brom but was given a very vague answer and some big words that totally passed over his head. In the end he decided it just meant they didnt want to and pat himself on the back for understanding so well, giggling as he poked the numbers of the multiverse, lighting up at how pretty it was.

This was sure to be fun!

Broomy's were normally just a tool for a Creator, an extension of their power to help them when Creating or used for fighting. Few gained the sentience required to be more independent or even have the power to act against their partner. They grew with their partner almost like a child learning from a parent, absorbing information around them that eventually shaped them into what they would be like. As a Creators multiverse grew and changed they also did so in return, which helped them aid their partner better.

Brom was from a multiverse that was heavily corrupted and glitched, giving him a step up from the usual Broomys in power and unique abilities such as shifting. Having Star as a partner solidified their new status, the power boost making him able to do things most Broomys could only dream of.

Origins Broomy currently enjoyed their shape but was also lucky enough to have a partner who didnt see them as simply a mindless weapon that should be tucked away when not in use.

The two unique Broomys meeting was the start of a beautiful chaotic friendship that would bring fear to the SOULS of many who spotted them.

Brom grabbed the back of Stars shirt when they tried to run off and carried them while they dangled in the air, huffing as he walked towards their destination with them firmly in his grasp. His tail wagged as he followed his fellow Broomy, sure he could convince them or even show them how to change shape one day and bet they could have even more fun together that way!

He was glad he wasnt the only one able to keep an eye on Star today, unsure if he could take Star being out of his sight after months apart but knew it was useless to ask the babybones to stay near. They were a free spirit and that is what had drawn him towards them in the first place...but the babybones was also hurting and he didnt know how to fix that.

He had conspired doing this for a while, the plan coming to fruition while he worked together with End and Origin to locate Star but the final parts were sorted while they were in the AntiVoid.
