Council of Sans

"So I was meaning to ask but where is your circlet? Are you going for a new look?"

Jammy didn't really care what his siblings chose to wear and wasn't one to usually bring it up but right now Sirius looked to need a distraction before he went to go body slam the Creator.

Not that it wouldn't be funny but they were trying to keep a low profile and had even moved to sit at the back of the room as the chaos spread thanks to the last few 'suggestions' he had carefully spread.

The impromptu fight between Fell types had expanded to include more now with bets still ongoing. Sci was still badgering Dream with Brom being an excellent distraction for Ink. He had even nudged a few monsters to distract Blue who seemed like the smartest of the lot. It wouldn't do for his fun to end so soon and was honestly enjoying watching this all even if he was also itching to perform a few experiments.

The last multiverse had truly given him so many ideas and Stars's 'playtime' form was a work of art that he couldn't quite sketch as he would like, although it did have the amusing reaction of making anyone who glanced at his drawing start to foam at the mouth.

So many fun ideas yet never enough time to explore them all. Maybe he should go back to that time dilation theory he had come up with years ago that his own Ink had mocked but he was sure with a few Code edits it should work or make the entire multiverses explode, a 50/50 chance really.

"Brom ate it"

Sirius said bluntly, unsurprised when Jammy only tilted his head in curiosity and wrote something else in what looked like yet another notebook. He was convinced those books would one day end up in a highly questionable lab that his sibling was sure to have one day.

"Do you think he digested it..?"

Of course that was the first question Jammy asked after, Sirius feeling a tad stupid for not expecting it and should really stop expecting any more normal questions about their..pet?..family?...thing...eating a magical circlet that tended to make most normal monsters go insane touching it.

That was a delightful feature he had discovered about his own circlet, learning to dampen it when he had been bored but when he was corrupted he hadn't bothered to wear the thing that only symbolised pain.

He wasn't even sure how the damn thing ended up on his head again, pretty sure it had been in his Inventory but Stars's compliment of 'it suiting him' really should have been answer enough.

He knew it wiser to not ask for details as he doubted he would like the answer at all.

"Doubtful. I can still vaguely sense it but im unsure when i'm going to get it back..."

Sirius trailed off when he saw Brom briefly pause in gnawing Ink's arm to suddenly shudder in a deeply unnatural way before...well, for better words the black 'squirrel' jaw unhinged in a manner that he deeply wished to unsee.

He grimaced at the squidgy looking puddle now in the middle of the room, puzzled at the few screws and bolts scattered around...and wouldn't you know it. It was his lucky day as right in the centre was his circlet...
