Jammy suddenly drops into a meeting with hardly anyone batting an eye. Dream is even more stressed and Blue is deeply questioning his life choices.

??? Multiverse
Council of Sans
Jammy stared, the many monsters around stared right back in the odd standoff with it not looking like it would end anytime soon. Not that the ink based monster seemed to care, considering they grabbed a plate from their Inventory and bit into it while maintaining eye contact with a rather annoying Sans who he refused to lose this sudden staring contest soon.
He felt very smug when the sound of his teeth in the porcelain made them flinch and therefore look away, smugness radiating off him that made even the more hardened monsters wince in sympathised pain for the 'loser'. He was truly sad he hadn't realised he could even eat such items before Star and thought there were far too many missed opportunities in the past that would have been far more bearable if he had this wonderful trump card.
He was briefly distracted by the vibrant flavour of the plate, realising it was one from the strange place Star had described when they went on one of their 'adventures', wondering if Star would be willing to grab some more as they were truly delicious.
"...is anyone going to deal with this..?"
"Whats there to deal with? Clearly Ink made another insane AU and invited the new guy without informing us again'
"Is anyone really shocked by this? It is how half of us ended up here in the first place"
"So true and its not like our so called 'leaders' are here to answer any questions so i say we just leave it be"
Jammy was somewhat fascinated how this mess of Sans ended up a Council with such lax security and questionable intelligence.
Considering there was a visible crater from where he had landed after that portal came out of nowhere he truly wondered what was up with this multiverse for his arrival to be seen as part of the norm.
It gave him some useful information about this multiverse though which was rather helpful as trying to look at the Code made him want to gag at the utter mess, it frankly a miracle anything was running as it felt like a delicate balance of wrong Code that had been smashed together by a toddler with it somehow working in the end.
It was kind of fascinating to look at and he was itching to observe the whole process for...reasons with even the itch to grab his book of ideas ever growing. He nearly snorted when he was casually shown to a spare seat, resisting the urge to try and press people's buttons for his own amusement.
He could refrain though, he could act like a nice civilised monster and examine everything before making any hasty plans.
Clearly some outside source had interrupted the family holiday but that was fine as unlike his previous parents he trusted End and Origin to find him again.
He wasnt a simple mistake for them, not to mention his many siblings would come for him. So he could wait and be patient and totally not go and stalk the local Sci to see if they had any fun ideas.
He could so do that! even if the itch kept growing every second that the meeting went on with boring details that gave him no further clue where the hell he was.
Of course that thought was tested not even a second later when a golden portal formed in the centre and a Dream stepped out, looking oddly exhausted and far from their best with how even their shirt was on the wrong way.
