Hi everyone!
So first I just wanna say thank you to everyone who read my first book (aka this one) even if it was a dumpsterfire read.
Last summer was a rough one, I was adjusting to life in a new home and getting used to the environment around me and writing this story was the only thing that felt normal; writing the life of somebody else.
Tabitha, Maxine, Layla, Laney, hell- even Malaya (especially Malaya), were and still are my whole world.
I love writing their stories and literally anything attached to them- and as a special for getting more than a THOUSAND FUCKING READS- on this crappy ass story I wrote at fourteen (not too damn long ago), I'll be writing it sequel about Tabby and Maxi Pad's daughter <3!!!!
So here's how it goes:
Rachel Martins. A shy sixteen-year-old who's friends with the most popular and intimidating girls in her high school, loves reading, writing, and theatre- the only remotely HEALTHY three things that can help her escape from a reality where her mom and step-father whom she was close to are divorced and her first kiss whom she's been trying to distance herself from since day one, is now attending her school again.
Erika Parker. A strong and kindhearted teenage girl without siblings is a high school junior who's only used to one thing; being alone. Don't get her wrong, she has her childhood family friends Libby and Autumn- and her favorite younger cousin Danny, but up until eleventh grade started; she never lived near any of them- who always lived in Summerville County, where her moms grew up. Used to getting bullied, Erika has turned to writing and cooking as an escape- like her mom once did to relieve stress.
From day one of junior year, Rachel is running from Erika, and both of them are admiring each other from afar- so really, the usual. It would have stayed like that- if it weren't for a project and a few love letters Rachel once wrote to Erika going missing and into the locker of a completely stunned Erika.
It's called "Dear Erika Parker, I've always loved you" and if you want to read it keep an eye out ;) I just need to finish the chapter breakdowns and then start writing!
