Minji had done this a dozen times before, not stealing a car, but manipulating a person to follow her rules. And over time, she had gotten better at it.

People like Minji were called sociopaths, but she knew her tendencies were closer to psychotic. Whatever she wanted in life, she got, and if she didn't, she made sure to steal it.

She drove through the city thinking about how stupid it was for her old friend to send someone to warn Hanni, especially someone as stupid as that damn Hyunjin, who was probably whining in the parking lot like a child, thinking Minji was going to kill his girlfriend. Minji would do it if dear Hyunjin didn't take her warnings seriously. She had come this far to convince Hanni that she loved her and was not about to let some idiot ruin it.

Next, she abandoned the Jaguar in a secluded area and decided to walk to the nearest bus station. Then she got herself a ticket to somewhere far from the city. Once on the bus, she emptied Hyunjin's wallet, which consisted of debit and credit cards that Minji threw out the window. She decided to keep the cash in her pocket, not because she liked stealing money—she already had enough—but because this was supposed to be a robbery in the parking lot, and she needed to do things right. Minji decided to leave Hyunjin's empty wallet on the seat and got off at the next station.

In any case, the police would think the thief abandoned the car, took the money, and disappeared on the bus ride.

When Minji got off the bus, she quickly called Seokmin, her driver, who arrived at the location an hour later. Seokmin was good; he was a trustworthy man and mostly a dummy during his work, which was good for Minji. On their way back home, Minji decided to stop at Burger Palace to get a quick meal. The drive-thru was packed, so she told Seokmin to wait in the car and went inside the restaurant.

A girl with long legs greeted her, her teeth were like Bugs Bunny's and desperately needed braces. Her thin dark hair was tied back in a ponytail, and there was barely any makeup on her face, while her eyebrows looked like they had never seen an esthetician in their life. Minji thought women should properly groom themselves; it was the least they could do. Hanni, for example, looked rather shabby when Minji first met her, but after living with her for two months, she had learned how to keep herself presentable.

This girl behind the counter, whoever she was, Minji knew that if she didn't get any work done on her face, her eyebrows would ruin her life or any chance of hooking up.

"Hello. Good afternoon, ma'am. What can I get you?"

Minji put on her sweetest and most charming smile. "How about two cheeseburgers, large fries, a Coca-Cola, and a double chocolate milkshake?" She rang up her order and told her the amount, which Minji paid.

A few minutes later, she received her order. "Here you go," the cashier said with a smile. Her teeth also needed a dentist.

Minji cringed and decided to give her a tip while politely pushing a business card towards her. The girl seemed confused at first. Minji saw the name on the tag. "Jinsol, sweetie, do you want to die a virgin?"

Jinsol blushed, probably embarrassed by the fact that Minji knew she was a virgin. "No," she said.

"Call this number; she'll get you in shape, and I'm sure within a month, that won't be the case." Minji left the restaurant with a very angry Jinsol glaring daggers at her back. She was glad she hadn't given her the card before she prepared her order; she didn't want the girl spitting in it. Minji liked a woman who knew how to take care of herself, and it annoyed her to see women like Jinsol, who never put in the effort and had the audacity to whine about men not looking their way.

Minji slipped back into her car, handed a bag to Seokmin, and began to take a bite of her burger.

Sometimes she needed a break from all that healthy gourmet crap.

"Take me home, Seokmin."
