"Regarding the scoring system, we of the Heroes Public Safety Commission, along with the members of H.U.C. were deducting points on two issues as we watched you perform. Essentially, we judged you on your ability to act flawlessly in a crisis. Anyhow, here are the names of those who passed the test. Keeping everything I've said in mind, please take a look."
You scanned the board in front of you, searching for your name. There were many names on there, it almost looked like more than a hundred. You could feel the anxiety creep into your skin as you searched between letters. Then, you saw it: (F/N) (L/N).
You excitedly looked around the crowd of your classmates, each of their faces were lit up as if it was early Christmas morning. You assumed your entire class passed, until you saw Todoroki's saddened expression.
"I don't think he passed." Yaoyorozu spoke. She cautiously touched your shoulder.
"Yeah, I know." You said, turning to your friend. "He was being careless and messy on the field."
"I assume you've all had a chance to view the results. Next, we'll be handing out score sheets. We've explained the scoring system in detail, so read over them carefully."
Just then, a short man (about the same height as you) dressed in an all black suit started calling your classmates names one by one, handing them their scoring sheet.
"(Y/N)." You walked up and took the score sheet, immediately viewing your results and the comments.
89/100 ————— (F/N) (L/N) Eleven points were knocked off for talking to another trainee about something that did not regard the situation. Resulting in injury to classmate.
You peeked at Yaoyorozu's score sheet, "Momo, you got a 94!?"
"It was easy, really." She humbly bragged, looking at her nails. A light shade of pink coated her cheeks as you flaunted her score to your class. To say the least, you were proud of her.
"Those who have passed now have the legal right to act in a heroic capacity, but only during emergencies. That means fighting villains, rescuing people in disaster scenarios, even without a professional hero's guidance, you're permitted to take action on your own. But keep in mind that every action you take comes with a heavy responsibility to society. As heroes, you will set a standard. You must become the new bulwark keeping crime at bay. Be aware that your licenses you now receive are provisional ones. The road ahead is still a long one, so study hard at your respective academic institutions!"
