*Jisung's p.o.v.*
*flash back*

The first time I met y/n was during our music production class. She was sitting beside me, always smiling, always friendly. I on the other hand was always quiet, always shy. But I was drawn towards her. The way her eyes lit up when she smiled, the way she carried herself and the way she was able to create the most touching music.

Sometimes she caught me staring at her, but when she looked back, I'd quickly look away. I remember thinking she was cute, but I didn't want to make things awkward, so I never really talked to her. Besides I couldn't just tell her she is cute because in the end we were just two strangers sitting next to each other, lost in our own thoughts and the music we were creating. But my wish to finally talk to her and get to know her better grew stronger with every lesson we had. I racked my brain trying to find a way to approach her.

And one day my chance came. We were given a new assignment and we had to do it in pairs. This was my chance I knew it. But what if she said no? But why would she? Finally I mustered up the courage to speak to her. My voice was shaky, barely audible over the hum of the voices around us.

"H-Hey, um... I-I was wondering if you'd want to work on the new assignment together?"

Mentally cursing myself for stammering I waited anxiously for her reaction.

"Sure," she replied, her eyes sparkling as she smiled at me "That would be fun."

My face lit up, and a small, relieved smile spread across my face.

"Great."

Oh way to go Jisung! Great is all you can come up with?

But before I could even feel to embarrassed y/n pulled a chair next to her desk and motioned me to take a seat. We spent the rest of the class working together, trading ideas and giving each other feedback. I couldn't stop wondering what took me so long to talk to her. She was so funny and kind. I felt very comfortable around her.

After we finished our assignment y/n leaned back in her chair and looked up at me and asked: "Do you ever want to make music together? Like, not just for class, but for fun?"

My heart skipped a beat, and I couldn't help but feel a wave of excitement wash over me.

"I'd love to," I replied, trying to hide the nervousness in my voice.

She beamed at me "Great, are you free tomorrow? I have been working on something but I can't seem to get it right. It really frustrates me. Maybe you could help me?"

A small shade of pink was washing over my cheeks.

"Oh, yeah sure. I will try my best to help."

"Thank you Jisung! You're the best."

The way she said my name made my heart flutter and suddenly it dawned to me: I was falling hard for y/n!

We started meeting up every weekend, working on songs in her tiny studio apartment. It was awkward at first, trying to navigate our newfound creative partnership while also acknowledging the undeniable tension between us. But as we worked together, our chemistry began to grow, and the music we made became something truly special.

One night, as we were working on a particularly heartfelt ballad, I felt her hand brush against mine, sending a shiver down my spine. Our eyes met, and for a moment, all I could see was the love and longing reflected in her gaze. Suddenly she leaned in, pressing her lips against mine. Her lips were soft and warm. As our kiss deepened, I felt a spark ignite inside of me, spreading through my entire body.

When we finally pulled away, we were both breathless, staring at each other in wonder.

"I-I didn't mean for that to happen," she stammered, looking away while her cheeks flushed with embarrassment.

"I just... I couldn't help it."

She whispered without looking at me. I reached up, tracing her cheekbone with my finger.

"It's okay," I assured her. "I felt it too."

She closed her eyes, and when she opened them again, they were filled with such intense emotion that I was afraid to look away.

"I've loved you for so long, Jisung," she admitted, her voice barely above a whisper. "Ever since the first time I heard you sing."

A huge smile spread across my face.

"I love you too y/n."

She looked at me with big eyes.

"You do?"

"Yes I do, I am just a pro at hiding my feelings."

*present*

My ringing phone brought me back to the present. Y/n's name was flashing on my screen.

"Hey." I picked up.

"Hey, Jisung. Where are you? I've been waiting for almost 10 minutes now."

"Sorry princess, I'm almost at the coffee shop!"

"You better hurry!" she laughed.

I smiled as I hung up.

How has it already been 3 months since our first kiss?

I smiled as the memories played in my mind. As I approached the coffeeshop y/n ran towards me, throwing her hands around my neck and pulling me into a soft, sweet kiss. She giggled as she pulled away, taking my hand and pulling me into the coffeeshop.
