Hey there,
I just wanted to reach out and remind you that you're not alone in this journey. Dealing with your mental health can be tough, and it's okay to feel overwhelmed sometimes.
Remember, taking care of your mental health is just as crucial as taking care of your physical health. It's a process, and it's okay if progress feels slow at times. Be patient with yourself and celebrate even the smallest victories along the way.
If you ever find yourself struggling, don't hesitate to reach out for support. Whether it's talking to a trusted friend, seeking guidance from a therapist, or finding comfort in a supportive community, there are people who care about you and want to help.
Above all, remember that your feelings are valid, and it's okay to prioritize your well-being. You deserve to feel happy and fulfilled. Take things one step at a time, and know that brighter days are ahead. You've already shown incredible strength by facing each day with courage, and I believe in your ability to navigate through this.
Take care of yourself, and remember that you are stronger than you think. Okay? <3
PS: "Keep your head up princess," by Anson Seabra reminds me to keep going.
