I wish for my zip line rope to cut,
to drift into the trees' quiet arms,
away from the noise inside me.I wish for my car to crash,
for metal and road to hold me still,
a break from the ache that fills me up.I wish for my body to stop fighting,
to give in, to let go,
to find rest where pain can finally fade. These wishes linger in the silence,
a quiet cry from deep within-
not for death, but for rest,
just a moment's relief from the weight I carry.***
Hey, I hope y'all are doing well!
This poem is just about my midnight intrusive thoughts, nothing serious, I promise.Take care <3
