Sometimes it's easier to push feelings under the rug
Just to convince others that I'm truly healing
While I feel safe and snug
And keep my heart from being judged. The other times, emotions bottled, tight and small,

Releasing the feelings, whether night or day.And rest of the times, feelings flow like a gentle stream,
Expressed with care.
Through words or art, we find our way,
To face the night and greet the day.
