When Taylor she rushed back to the dressing room, her heart was pounding with worry. She burst through the door and froze at the sight of Quincy slumped against the wall, unconscious. Elie was already at Quincy's side, checking her vitals.

"Elie, is she okay?" Taylor's voice trembled with fear.

Elie nodded, "She's stable," her face calm but focused. "She just pushed herself too hard and passed out," Taylor heard the annoyance in her medics tone, which told her that maybe this wasn't the first time this had happened. "We need to get her back to the hotel to rest."

"Just take a step back," Elie instructed the Swifts, who shared confused looks before they complied hesitantly.

Elie gently shook Quincy's shoulder, calling her name softly. After a few moments, the brunette began to stir, her eyes fluttering open, her disorientation was immediately evident.

She opened her eyes, her gaze unfocused and wild. Instinctively, she moved to push Elie away, her body tense and ready for a fight.

Elie grabbed the strong wrist firmly, pushing against the brunette's good shoulder to keep her steady. "Quin, it's okay. You're safe," she said, her voice calm but authoritative. "I'm here to help you. Just breathe."

Quincy's breathing was rapid, her green eyes usually intense carried a fiery as they darted around the room as if searching for threats. Taylor, standing nearby, was caught off guard by the sudden shift in Quincy's demeanour.

Quincy's gaze finally settled on Taylor, and Elie, understanding that Quincy needed to focus on something grounding, allowed her to lock eyes with the star. Taylor felt her heart pound as she watched Quincy struggle to collect herself.

"Quin," Elie said, her voice steady. "We're on your team. You're safe. Just breathe with me."

Quincy's breathing began to slow, her eyes still fixed on Taylor. The tension in her body gradually eased as she processed Elie's words and the sight of Taylor, safe and sound, standing before her.

"That's it, Quin," Elie continued, her voice steady. "You're safe. We're here to help you." Taylor, watching this unfold, felt a pang of sadness. She guessed that Quincy was reliving some of the traumatic moments from her time in the military.

Quincy nodded slowly, her breathing evening out. She leaned back against the wall, her body relaxing slightly. Elie kept her grip on Quincy's wrist, gentle but firm, making sure she remained grounded.

"Taylor..." Quincy murmured weakly.

"I'm here, Quincy," Taylor said, taking a step closer. "You scared me," kneeling next to her bodyguard, "Are you okay?" Her voice was soft and filled with concern.

Quincy turned her head towards Taylor, her expression softening. "Sorry, I'm... I'm okay. Just a bit disoriented."

Elie nodded, releasing Quincy's wrist. "That's normal after what you've been through. Just try to relax, and we'll get you back to the hotel." Quincy tried to sit up, but Elie gently pushed her back down. "Take it easy, Quin. Let's get you up slowly."

"You're going to be okay, Quincy," Taylor said softly, more to reassure herself than anyone else.

Quincy gave a small, appreciative smile, her eyes remaining closed. Taylor glanced at Elie, who nodded in acknowledgement. The medic's calm and steady presence had helped Quincy come back from the edge.

With Elie's help, Quincy sat up, her movements slow and careful. Elie handed her a shirt they found in the lost and found that could fit the muscular giant. "Put this on. We need to cover you up so we can get you to the car without drawing too much attention."
