The next morning, Quin was there bright and early, just as she had promised. Taylor greeted her with a nod, trying to keep her emotions in check. They made their way to the airport, surrounded by the rest of the team, and prepared to embark on the first chapter of the tour.

Yet, even as the plane took off, Taylor couldn't help but steal glances at the brunette. Her bodyguard was a puzzle, one she found herself increasingly eager to solve. And as they soared through the skies towards Arizona, she silently vowed to learn more about the enigmatic woman who had become such an integral part of her life.

Taylor didn't let any of these thoughts show on her face. She maintained her a composed demeanour, not wanting to reveal how much the taller woman had started to occupy her thoughts. She was determined to keep things professional, to not let her emotions interfere with the job Quin was doing. But deep down, she couldn't deny the growing curiosity and respect she felt for the broad-shouldered woman.

The plane touched down smoothly in Glendale, Arizona, and Taylor felt a mix of excitement and nerves bubbling within her. This was it—the start of her tour. As she looked out the window at the sun-soaked landscape, she couldn't help but smile. Beside her, Hayley Williams of Paramore, one of her best friends and an opening act for the tour, nudged her playfully.

"Ready to rock, Tay?" Hayley asked, her eyes sparkling with excitement.

"More than ever," she replied, her smile widening.

Behind them, Gayle, the second opening act, was equally eager. "I can't believe this is really happening," she said, practically bouncing in her seat.

Once they disembarked and made their way through the airport, Quin was already in full operational mode. She coordinated seamlessly with her team, ensuring every step Taylor took was secure. Simon and Carlos were on either side of Taylor flanking the star and their team leader, while Ricky and Victor scouted ahead.

After settling into their hotel, Taylor, Hayley, and Gayle decided to go out for dinner to celebrate the start of the tour. The blonde's excitement was palpable, but she also felt a twinge of nervousness. It wasn't often she got to go out like a regular person, especially not with the tour looming so close.

"Let's make a night of it," Hayley suggested. "Just us, some good food, and maybe a few laughs."

"Sounds perfect," she agreed.

Quin quickly arranged all the necessary security measures. She coordinated with local security and made sure the restaurant was prepared for their arrival. The team moved efficiently, checking every detail to ensure the stars' safety.

As they stepped out of the hotel, Taylor felt a rush of excitement. The streets were buzzing with energy, and the warm Glendale night added to the electric atmosphere. The brunette walked slightly ahead, her eyes scanning the surroundings with practised vigilance.

They arrived at the restaurant, a charming spot with outdoor seating and twinkling fairy lights. Fans had already gathered outside, hoping for a glimpse of Taylor and her friends. Quin and her team expertly managed the crowd, allowing her to pause and take pictures with fans without compromising her safety.

"Thanks for coming out, everyone!" The blonde singer called to her fans, posing for a few quick selfies and signing autographs with the sharpie Quincy provided.

The team kept a close eye on everything, ensuring no one got too close. The stars were busy taking pictures with fans and signing autographs. Meanwhile, some of the fans had taken an interest in the stoic tall woman, snapping pictures of her as well while trying to get her attention.

"Hey! Over here!" One fan called out, waving their phone.

"Can we get a picture?" Another shouted excitedly.
