Dario POV
"They are going out tonight aren't they?" she sighed asking.
"You already know. After Denzel, Guero and Gil teach their classes, they're talking about stepping out."
"I don't know if I can do it. I'm going to stay in. I'm so tired!"
"I know you are. I'm sure that the pregnancy isn't helping any either. We just have a one more show since we finished the Essence Festival and then we'll have a break for a while. Plus this was your idea!"
"Ugh I know!!! I am having fun though with you here."
"Yeah me too. Baby you looking too cute by the way."
She laughed. "Thank you sweetie." I could tell she wasn't fully herself.
"What's wrong?"
"Ugh! I fell asleep with the air conditioner on." She sat on the couch leaning next to me.
"Awe dang. You know not to do that babe. You think it's the baby? Do you need to go to the doctor?" I asked rubbing her stomach.
"No, I just need to rest is all. Hmm keep rubbing that feels good."
I continued gently massaging her stomach. "Is that better?"
"Mhmm. I know I'm not showing yet, but I can feel some pressure now."
"What about the morning sickness, is that getting any better?"
"Yes, surprisingly it's not as bad as it was with Eissa."
I looked at her and pulled her to me more.
"What?" she asked.
"Nothing." I put my hand on her forehead. "You feel a little warm."
"I'm okay."
"I don't know J."
"I swear I'm fine baby."
"I'm letting Terri know."
"No don't do that." she tried grabbing my phone as I pulled it out.
"Hold on relax. I'll be right back."
"Don't call anyone!"
"Mhm okay." I went and got her some tea with lemon. "Come on." I told her coming back in the living room area a little bit later. I pulled her towards the bed. "Lay down."
"I don't want to!" she whined.
"Girl if you don't get yo butt in the bed. I can't have you sick." She got mad as she climbed into the bed and laid down.
"Don't get up I'm serious!"
"Who you texting?"
"No one." I said putting my phone away. I went and got a thermometer to check her temperature. I came back and she just looked at me.
