Escape from Isla Nublar

Y/n POV

I was at the bridge with Kenji, looking toward the island while Brooklyn and Sammy were down at the deck also looking out toward the island.

Kenji: Aw man, I forgot my captains hat in the limo.

Y/n: We can get it back when we get back to shore.

Yaz: I'm pretty sure we have bigger things to worry about.

I turn around and see Yaz walking into the bridge and standing next to me.

Kenji: Right, right. We're heading back to the dock. Hopefully the Scorpious has cleared out by now.

Kenji starts driving the boat back to the dock while the storm clouds start covering the sky once again but they don't start raining heavily yet. I walked out of the bridge and onto the roof infront of it, looking at the approaching island but on the shore next to the limo I notice something that looked like a corpse of sorts. The body looked like it belonged to either the Scorpious or Omega/Y/n.

Y/n: What the hell...?

The boat finally reached the dock while the body was being hidden behind some bushes. I walk off the roof and back onto the bridge deck where Kenji and Yaz were leaving before arriving at the ladder with me. Kenji went down first, followed by Yaz and I wasn't too far behind her. I slowly descended down the ladder, only using my right arm at the cost of the burning pain in my side from the goddamn bullet. When I reach the very bottom, I'm met with Yaz and Kenji both waiting for me before we all went to the front of the boat with Brooklyn and Sammy where Kenji opened the ramp onto the dock, allowing us to all disembark safely.

We all slowly walk across the dock, approaching the ramp of the dock. We all crouched down while approaching it but when we poked our heads out, a foot stomped down infront of us, making the others recoil and shout in fear and surprise while I just kept an eye on the foot which was revealed to be a Dryosaurus catching up with its group. The Dryo squeaked at me before running off to the others and that's when I saw the limo and the body in the distance.

Y/n: Hey, guys, you're gonna wanna see this.

I walk toward the limo and see the corpse was indeed that of the Scorpious but something wasn't right about it. The others ran over to the limo to examine it while I walked toward the body to see what was going on with it. I saw it's guts were covered in blood and were spilled out across the floor with deep gashes across its body and bite marks on its snout and neck.

Y/n: You've got a lighter skin tone than the one that attacked us last night.

I turn and notice an eyeball on the floor surrounded by a pool of blood. I walk over to it and lean down, trying to avoid pain in my side.

Y/n: And you're the same colour as the Scorpious' eye. You don't look like Y/n's and the corpse has both it's eyes so that can only mean...

Brooklyn: Is that...?

I turn and see the others all walking toward the Scorpious' corpse, at least the dead one that is. I stand and walk over to the group and saw they all had shocked expressions on their faces and were in horror at the sight.

Y/n: One of the rexes.

Kenji: O-one of...?

Y/n: The eye over there, it's not from this body. And it's not Y/n's.

Sammy: How do you know it's not Omega's?

Y/n: The eye is bloodshot red. Y/n's eyes aren't, they're more of a yellowy colour, like the Indominus.

Yaz: How do you know the Indoraptor was in the fight to begin with?

Y/n: Look at the gashes and bite marks. The gashes are straight, in and deep. The bite marks are going for the throat and snout meaning the attacker was smart enough to know the vulnerable areas.
