Y/n POV

The next night, the six of us went out to the compound to meet with Darius for new info on Kash's plans. I left the Indoraptor back at the cave for the night with Mae while we arrived at the compound to see the two raptors asleep on the dirt infront of the compound. We quickly snuck past the two raptors and stood infront of the compound where a rope dropped down from the roof which prompted us to look up where we saw Darius motioning for us to start climbing. Kenji went up first, followed by Ben before Sammy went up and after her I began climbing and it was a little difficult because of my weaker left arm but I managed to get to the top. Once I was at the top, I leaned over the railing and offered my hand to Yaz who took it and I pulled her up to the top before a scream was heard. I look down and see Brooklyn sliding down the rope.

Y/n: *whisper* SHIT!

I was about to jump down on instinct but Yaz pulled me away from the edge. She held me by my shoulders while looking into my eyes but her grip was soft yet firm.

Yaz: *whisper* Those aren't your raptors! They'll kill you as soon as you jump down! We need to pull her up!

I nod and we all run to the rope and start pulling back as the BRAD-X was walking backwards to help us pull her up. After much pulling, we finally got Brooklyn up over the edge which caused us to all wall over and the BRAD-X to keep moving.

Darius: *whisper* BRAD, stop!

The BRAD stopped and we all got up from the ground. I helped Yaz up to her feet before we all walked toward the door where Darius took the lead and began guiding us through the compound until it guided us to the elevator.

Darius: *whisper* This'll take you down to the med bay. There's a nursery next to it. He's testing the control chips on the baby dinos first thing in the morning.

Brooklyn: *whisper* What about cameras?

Darius: *whisper* Mr. Genius has been too busy to get the islands camera system up and running. Message me on the BRAD-X as soon as you get the babies out. Good luck.

The elevator doors then shut between us as the elevator began lowering down to the med bay. We all just stood in silence before the doors opened, revealing we were now in the med bay so we all walked out of the elevator and began walking around the med bay, trying to find the nursery but I stumbled across a large door that looks like it was completely destroyed and mauled. The claw and bite marks looked to be that of either the Spinosaurus or the Baryonyx but when I took out the makeshift knife I had and put it against the claw marks, it was revealed this was indeed from the Baryonyx, meaning it broke out from where it was meant to be and made itself at home in the desert.

Ben: I think I found it!

I heard Ben from across the med bay so I sheathed my tooth knife and began walking toward him with the others but kept the Baryonyx in the back of my mind. I walked over to him and met up with the others where we saw there was only three dinosaurs in the nursery. The others went to investigate the baby dinosaurs but I decided to go back to the med bay and look at the Baryonyx marks on the wall. I walk forward me put my hand on one of the bite marks on the broken door as shivers flew up my spine. 

Y/n: Certainly not any Baryonyx I've seen on Nublar or any described on Sorna. Mantah Corp must've done some gene mixing of their own to make him. I need to think of a name for him since I can't just keep calling him the Baryonyx.

I thought for a moment and decided on calling him Rudy. I walked inside the old holding room for him and saw there was even more bite and claw marks on the walls and roof. I felt uneasy in the room so I decided to walk out and into the med bay but when I turned to the panel I saw it had some information on the Baryonyx.
