The Last Stand

Y/n POV

We all stand, glaring at Kenji while Ben, Omega/Y/n and Bumpy were on the ground next to us. I hand my hand resting on my knife while glaring at Kenji with anger and nothing but.

Kenji: You guys have every right to be mad at me.

Yaz: You think?

Brooklyn: Thanks for the permission.

Ben: Trust me, I get it. He messed up.

Y/n: Oh, that's what we're calling it? He betrayed us, disappointed us, stabbed us in the back and left us for dead.

Ben: But he knows it was a mistake. He helped save Bumpy. And in my eyes, that's enough for a second chance.

Y/n: Alright, here's a question for you, Kenji. Did you, or did you not, lead the mercenaries and you father to my raptors to try take control of them while you were on Nublar?

Kenji stood there in silence, rubbing his forearm nervously before slowly nodding making me scoff in anger before turning and storming off.

Kenji: Y/n, I-I'm sorry! I led them away tho-

I turn back and run at him before tackling him to the ground with my knife pressed up against his neck.

Y/n: You can take that apology and shove it up your ass, Kon!

I take my knife away from his neck and stand up before walking away with Darius who followed me away from Kenji. I kept my gaze set on the ground while sheathing my knife. Darius and I picked up a rock and walked to the nearby airlock while Kenji walked over to us.

Kenji: Guys-

Darius: You're sorry. Got it.

Y/n: Go to hell, Kenji.

We walk into the airlock and smash the lock in before walking back out and watched the door close. I push past Kenji but Darius stayed to talk with him before the two walked over to us. Just then, something was banging against the door prompting us to all run in the opposite direction as the door was knocked down by one of the dinosaurs under Kons control.

Darius: We have to get the dinosaurs out of here!

Ben: I can buy you some time.

Brooklyn: I'm coming, too!

Brooklyn and Ben got onto Bumpy's back and ran off in another direction while we all kept running to the other dinosaurs at the watering hole. Omega/Y/n ran to the raptors and began communicating with them while Kenji, Darius and I ran to the T-rexes while Yaz and Sammy went to deal with the babies. Darius tried to get them to move but they refused.

Y/n: Why aren't they moving?

Darius: Isn't Big Eatie the socially accepted alpha?

Just then, Omega/Y/n roared out loudly which got the attention of all the dinosaurs, including the T-rexes.

Y/n: Of course! Y/n holds the most power because he's the smartest and one of the strongest meaning he's the alpha.

The Indoraptor looked the others before making an Indominus like call before looking in the direction of Mr. Kon and the dinosaurs under his control that were in the forest.

Y/n: He's choosing to defend the territory here. He won't run because he wants to fight for the biome.

Kenji: That's incredible, Y/n, you know what he's thinking and I-

Y/n: Shut it. Go help Sammy and Yaz. Darius and I have this.

Darius and I walked over to look at the Indoraptor who was walking with the raptors over to the Eaties while Ben and Brooklyn were walking to us.
