Valentine's Day, everyones favorite holiday, well everyone minus Victoria. She had spent most the the morning mopping around, feeling as single as ever. This was the first Valentine's Day in a while she had been single, having broken up with her boyfriend a couple months ago after she caught him cheating. She decided to quit feeling sorry for herself and drew a warm bath to relax. She was going to make the most of this day, despite feeling alone.
Across town in his apartment, Logan was packing for his trip to the UK in two days time to unveil the 2024 car at headquarters. He didn't even realize what day it was until he got a text from his mom wishing him a lovely day. Lovely day? The text was followed up with a 'Happy Valentine's Day' photo. It must have slipped his mind. His immediate thought went to Victoria, his best friend of three years, who had probably been feeling down about being alone this year.
First thing he did was order some flowers to be delivered to his mom, sister and other good friend. He decided he'd deliver Victoria's in person.
For Logan, he didn't date much, aside from casual flings here and there. He hand't found a person he was willing to go all in with, especially since his racing took up so much of his time. He didn't care much for Valentine's Day, but he knew that his best friend would, she loved all the corny holidays. He quickly shot Victoria a text asking her of her plans for the day, before getting dressed. He was determined to make her feel loved and appreciated today, as she should feel everyday.

After basically telling Victoria she had 1 hour to get ready before he'd pick her up, he pulled up to her apartment complex. He was giddy with excitement as he spent the whole day preparing an amazing evening for the two of them, back at his apartment. Victoria bounded out of her apartment building, dressed in a red mini dress and pink kitten heels. She had on cherry earrings, really dressing up for the Valentine's Day occasion.
"Well, well, well, if it isn't consumerism at it's finest" Logan teased.
"Oh shut up, you know I love these little holidays and dressing up."
Logan laughed and started driving back to his apartment. The two of them quickly caught up on what their week looked like since the last time they saw each other, which was last weekend. When Logan was home, he tried to spent as much time with family and friends as he could, which always included Victoria.
Logan made sure to walk in through the door first so he could light the candles he had prepared. "Logan what's for dinner I'm sta-"
"Oh my god. You did all this?" Victoria couldn't believe her eyes as she saw Valentine's Day decorations, a cake and all her favorite snacks spread out on a table.
