Done in Carlos POV ❤️
-----------------------------------

The karaoke bar was booming as we entered, the loud sound of music and cheering bringing a smile to my face. It had been a while since I'd had a night off like this. With a two week break in between races, it felt like the perfect time to relax. There was no better way to do that than with Charles and Danny...especially since they both had a thing for karaoke, although they'd never admit it out loud.

As soon as we walked in, Charles looked around with that smirk he always has when he knew something wild is about to happen. Danny, on the other hand, was already bobbing his head along to the song the current singer was absolutely butchering. It was a Lana Del Rey song, and the poor guy on stage was struggling to keep up.

"Ah, Carlos, mate," Danny said, throwing an arm around my shoulders as we walked to the bar, "you're gonna be singing your heart out tonight. You know that, right?"

"Oh, yeah?" I laughed, grabbing a beer from the bar. "I think I'll leave the singing to you two. I'm just here for moral support and maybe some clapping if you guys are good."

Charles snorted, nudging Danny. "Bet he'll be singing by the end of the night."

"Yeah, okay, Perceval." I rolled my eyes and took a sip of my beer as we made our way to the table Danny reserved at the front, right by the stage. Prime seats for maximum embarrassment, clearly.

We settled in and I couldn't help but shake my head at the whole setup. Danny and Charles were already scheming, you could see it in their eyes. The crowd was a mix of locals and tourists, everyone out for a good time and the energy in the room was high.

As we were settling in, Charles raised his voice over the music. "So, Danny, what's your song for the night?" he asked, his eyes filled with amusement.

"Oh, it's gonna be a surprise," Danny said with a smirk. "But don't worry, mate, you'll know it as soon as I hit the first note."

"Knowing you, it'll probably be some American rock song. The kind that needs a full drum set and everything," I teased.

"Please!" Danny grinned, leaning back in his chair. "I was thinking more...more energy, more passion. You know, make everyone feel it deep in their hearts."

Charles burst out laughing. "I can't wait to see that. Just don't make us look too crazy, alright?"

The next singer went up on stage and to everyone's surprise, it was a middle aged guy with a leather jacket and a serious attitude. He picked an old Justin Bieber song and for a minute, we all just watched him in awe. This guy meant business as he sung his heart out.

"Alright, alright," I said, smirking at Charles. "What's your song, then? Something romantic, maybe?"

Charles took a sip of his beer and shrugged. "Nah, I'm thinking of something everyone knows. Maybe a bit of ABBA? Can't go wrong with ABBA."

Danny nearly choked on his drink, laughing. "You? ABBA? Mate, that's the last thing I'd expect you to sing!"

"Well, what can I say? I'm versatile," Charles replied with a smirk, clearly unfazed. "Besides, it'll be better than whatever you have planned, I'm sure."

"Oh, it's on now!" Danny leaned over, narrowing his eyes. "When I get up there, you'll wish you had the voice of an angel like me."

Charles rolled his eyes. "More like the voice of a dying cat."
