The silent surroundings felt suffocating to Shirina looking at them standing in her way. Her namesake siblings. And she surely didn't miss her lovely sister throwing daggers at her with her eyes for god knows what reason.

"Won't you greet your old friend Abhyudit?" She hears Rudra when they both move towards them. That's when Shirina turns to her boss whose sight was fixed on the other man with an unreadable expression. She wondered if they were friends as the smirk on her brother's face didn't go unnoticed by her.

"Do you want me to greet you like the old times? You must have missed that special treatment from me." It was Abhyudit's turn to smirk while seeing the colours draining from his face, getting what he meant.

"I see you are still the same. Brat." Rudra spats on him, masking up the shock, making him clench his jaw in anger as the two girls look between them. One with confusion and the other with amusement.

"If you are done, get out of my way. I am not here to waste my time on you but to get my contract." Abhyudit turns his head, ignoring the previous provoking comment. He could deal with him later in some better ways.

"That's not yours yet Mr. Abhyudit and we will make sure it won't be in future also." The overconfidence oozing out of Riya's tone makes Shirina glance at her and then at the other two.

It was clear to her they did not have any cordial relationship. They were rivals who were here for the same thing. Not paying to her or her words, a dry chuckle escapes Abhyudit's throat, which was enough to mock the pride carried by Rudra Mehrotra.

"What are you doing with this man, Shirina?" Rudra had come out harsh, acknowledging the presence of his sister with the person whom he hated the most of all.

"Mind your tone while talking with my employee, Mehrotra. She is not your property." It was a loud and clear demand of Abhyudit, who was glaring at the excuse of a man, wanting to hit his head somewhere. Probably, on the glass pane behind him, with a force shattering it into pieces along with his ego.

Looking between the two men, Shirina prevents herself from intervening and stays quiet, as her so-called brother glances at her with a look somewhat of betrayal. The least she cared. But, it felt good to see someone shutting his mouth on her behalf. She wondered if her boss knew they were related. Of course he did, if not previously, now he did surely. Her mind made a point and she just wished for none of this drama to affect her job.

"The meeting is going to begin, Sir. Please make your presence." Before anyone could speak further, the man, who probably an employee of Marwaha's, interrupts them.

Avoiding the other two, Abhyudit turns to Shirna, signalling to her with his hand to move ahead. The gentleman-like gesture. It did make her feel giddy but she chose to ignore that feeling and move forward, unaffected by the nasty looks passed to her by the other girl.
