[Flashback]

"Please stop it both of you, I already said I don't want to talk about this."

Aayansh shouts at his brothers, not wanting to discuss or rather argue with them on the same topic again.

"It's my life and I can think about it. I can make decision on my own." He continues, frustration evident from his tone.

"Yes, of course, we can see how you are making a decision to ruin your life. If we are saying something, then listen to it. That girl is not right for you." Abhyudit repeats once more, to make him understand.

"Her name is chahat and on what grounds you are saying this? Just because you got a doubt on her? And why only her? Do you have proofs that she is in my life with a wrong intention?" Aayansh questions with unwillingness to listen.

He had met Chahat during his internship at Sisodia Industries. She was an intern too, bright and ambitious. They bonded over project sessions and on-sight breaks. Soon their friendship blossomed into something more. He fell for Chahat fast—ridiculously fast. Her vulnerability drew him in, making him want to protect her. She mirrored his passions, laughed at his jokes, and listened to him with captivating intensity. She was perfect for him, according to Aayansh. Her stories of past struggles and pain triggered his protective instincts. Within weeks, they were inseparable.

But his brothers were not convinced. They had been warning him that he was moving too fast. He ignored their warnings, dismissing their concerns as overprotective instincts. All he wanted was her approval and her smile as she deserved only happiness.

"Aayansh, we have noticed discrepancies in her story. She is pretending to be the innocent and perfect girl to manipulate you. Clearly, she has got an agenda and she is using you for that."

Aviraj and Abhyudit were trying to bring him out of the illusion she had created in his mind. They knew it would hurt now if his bubble would burst but if things slipped out of hands, that would only bring destruction. But perhaps destiny had other plans.

A bitter laugh escapes Aayansh's lips hearing their words. The rebellious side of him felt alive seeing his brothers pointing finger at his ability to judge. Or maybe indirectly calling him kid and foolish.

"What's wrong with you, Ansh? Do you believe that we will think bad for you?" Aviraj questions, looking at him unbelievably. For once, it didn't felt like he was talking to his baby brother.

"What's wrong with me? I should be the one to ask you the same thing. I always thought you both cared about my happiness but no, I was wrong." He yells, recalling the result he got after listening to them.

He had questioned Chahat about the accusation they had put against her and ended up hurting her. Crying on his words, she had stormed off and locked herself in her bedroom with only the sound of her loud wails reaching him, fueling his anger. Drowning in guilt, he had apologized to her and made sure she knew he trusted her, making her relieved.
