Abhyudit carefully guides him to the couch in his cabin, and takes a seat beside him.

Aayansh leans forward, clutching his stomach in pain. His action makes his brother feel a pang of worry, wishing he could alleviate his suffering instantly. A thought strikes Abhyudit, and he recalls the doctor's precautionary advice to keep the medication handy at all times.

"Do you have any medicine or the auto-injector with you? In your cabin or your car?" he asks abruptly, turning him towards himself.

Aayansh shakes his head in denial, struggling to inhale. He attempts to speak, but a coughing fit overtakes him.

Despite having seen him in similar condition before, Abhyudit needed an assurance as much as his brother did. His anxiety spikes, and he rubs Aayansh's back, trying to calm him.

Pulling him into an embrace, he reassures, "Don't panic, Ansh. You are going to be fine. The doctor will be here soon. You will be fine."

Aayansh leans his head on his shoulder, seeking comfort. He wraps his arms around Abhyudit, feeling the increasing tightness in his throat.

The cabin door opens, and Shirina enters with the doctor behind her.

"Sir, the doctor is here," she announces to Abhyudit, who was talking to Aayansh and trying to keep him awake.

Abhyudit carefully lifts Aayansh off himself, helping him lie back on the couch.

The doctor approaches and begins his examination, while Shirina peers at Abhyudit. His eyes refused to move away from Aayansh on the couch.

They both were concerned, but his uneasiness bemuses her. She feels like she's missing something. She wonders why he's so deeply affected, and how he's aware about Aayansh's peanut allergy.

Her thoughts drift back to the lunch break. She couldn't shake off the feeling that she was partially responsible for Aayansh's condition.

She should have asked him what he preferred, instead of offering him what she had. Only if she hadn't handed him the peanut butter sandwich, he would have been alright. Regret washes over her, taking in his condition.

"I have given him an injection, and he will be alright soon. Just make sure he rests and takes care from now on," the doctor says, following his examination.

Abhyudit closes his eyes in relief, and Shirina glances at Aayansh, who was now sleeping peacefully. Fortunately, S.I. had an in-office clinic in the building for the employees. The doctor was immediately called to treat him before his condition worsened.

"I'll see him out," she informs Abhyudit, and leaves after receiving lack of response.

Now that they were alone, Abhyudit ensures his brother's well-being. Despite the distance and barriers built between them over the past two years, his heart still held the same love and affection for him.
