Summary: Travis isn't feeling well but Taylor has a show and he doesn't wanna let her down by being too sick to go. He tries to get through it but Taylor's dad notices pretty quickly that he doesn't look too good.

..............

Travis let out a groan as he tried to stand up from the cold tile floor. He walked towards the sink and let out a sigh as he stared into the mirror. The redness in his eyes, his constant sniffling nose, and the sweat beads on hush forehead were a clear indication that he wasn't feeling very well.

Taylor had a show today in Gelsenkirchen and Travis could only go to night one and night two before he had to return to the states for training camp. Sucking it up for two days so he could watch his girl before he had to leave wouldn't be that bad.

Sighing to himself, Travis decided to take a shower in hopes that he would look a little less sick by the time Taylor wakes up. And thankfully she always slept in a little longer on show days so that she'll be rested enough.

Turning on the shower, Travis took all his clothes off and hopped in. He turned the water up to the slightly colder side and let the water hit his body. As much as he loved taking showers with Tay, she always turned the water up so high that it was practically burning his skin.

He didn't really do much in the shower. He just stood there and let the water ricochet down his skin as he tried to look a little less sick.

He remained in the shower for a few more minutes before finally deciding to get out and get dressed.

He pulled on some clothes that looked presentable but still comfortable and took one more look at the mirror, running a hand through his short hair, before opening the bathroom door and walking out.

Taylor was still in bed, fast asleep. Travis crept over to the bed and crawled back under the covers quietly, trying not to wake Taylor up, which sadly didn't work 'cause her eyes squinted when the bed dipped and her eyes fluttered open a few seconds later. "Hm, Trav."

Taylor turned around in bed and shuffled closer to Travis, setting her head on his chest. "I'm right here. Go back to bed, baby." Travis replied, laying down fully on the bed so she could get more comfortable.

"Did you take a shower?" Taylor asked when her eyes opened fully and she saw his slightly damp hair.

Travis nodded. "Yeah, just a quick one."

Taylor nodded, letting out an adorable sigh as she closed her eyes again and snuggled into his chest.

Travis resisted the urge to kiss her forehead, incase whatever he had was contagious. Instead, he just softly rubbed her waist and closed his eyes, trying to drift off, hoping that maybe he'd feel a little bit better after he slept some more.

He managed to finally drift off and when he came to, the bed was empty and Taylor seemed to be gone. Travis groaned and he rubbed his tired and red eyes, trying to wake up a little more so he could look for Taylor.

Before he could get out of bed, the bathroom door opened and Taylor walked out with some baggy jeans and a Beatles shirt on.

"Good morning, sleepy head." Taylor smiled, nothing he was now awake. "I ordered room service that should be here soon. Are you okay?" She asked, seeing the redness in his eyes and the way he seemed to be reacting to everything slowly. "Yeah, I'm just tired." He said before continuing. "I'm actually not that hungry, baby." He said, which was kind of a lie. He was a little hungry, but he was too worried that he'd end up throwing up what he ate that he decided to just go hungry.
