Summary: Taylor has an insanely stressful and tiring day. She ends up breaking down at the end of it and the only one with her is Tree. Taylor keeps crying and Tree knows Travis is the only one that can help her even though he's supposed to go out for his game in only a few minutes. She decides to give it a try and call him. He thankfully answers and tries to calm Taylor down before he goes out onto the field.

Trigger Warnings: blood and throwing up.

Also, just because I know people are gonna think so, Taylor's not pregnant in this, she's actually just sick👍

"Fuck." Taylor groaned, putting her head in her hands.

It was probably one of the most exhausting and  stressful days Taylor has had in a while. First, Taylor and Travis had to say goodbye last night 'cause the season was about to start so and the goodbye was filled with lots of tears and the promise to talk on the phone at least once a day and Taylor woke up to an empty bed for the first time in a while, and what made it worse is that she barely slept to begin with, missing the feeling of Travis' arms wrapped around her.

Then she got up and tried to start her day, thankful she didn't have much to do this morning. but when she pulled the covers away from her body, she was met with blood staining her sheets. "Why today?!" She exclaimed in annoyance. It only made it worse that she had a show tonight.

She begrudgingly threw her clothes in the laundry machine and got in the shower. She tried to finish up her shower quickly before deciding on just wearing some sweatpants and a short sleeve shirt.

After finally getting ready, she headed downstairs to find something to eat. Taylor looked into the fridge before deciding she didn't feel like making anything so she just grabbed a protein bar and headed to the couch.

Flipping on the tv, Taylor settled on Friends and then turned her phone on for the first time today to see a message from Travis'

Trav❤️🏈: Good morning, angel! I hope you slept well. I slept okay but it would've been better if you were in my arms. Hope you have a great show! I will be watching from a glitchy livestream. Love you🫶

Taylor smiled at the phone before quickly typing out a reply and then setting her phone down to watch the show.

Taylor didn't realize how quickly the time past as she just said there and got up to use the bathroom and get another snack occasionally. At one point she heard the door open and someone burst in. Taylor looked at the door and a few seconds later, Tree stumbled through the door. "Taylor? What are you doing?!"

Taylor furrowed her eyebrows, glancing at the tv. "Watching Friends?"

"It's almost five! You have to get to the stadium and get ready!" Tree exclaimed. Taylor's eyes widened and she jumped off of the couch. "It's almost five?!"

"Yes! Let's go!" Tree grabbed Taylor's arm and started dragging her towards the door. Taylor followed behind silently, letting Tree drag her.

Tree pulled her into the car and got in after her. "Wanna explain to me why you were still watching tv when you were supposed to be at the stadium two hours ago?" Tree asked when the car took off towards the stadium.

"It's just been a rough morning." Taylor replied, keeping her gaze on the floor.

"You missin' football boy that much already?" Tree questioned.
