"Yes! Run, run, run!" Travis exclaimed towards his tv, a PlayStation controller in hand.

"Touchdown!" He yelled, flicking up on the left stick to dance.

Taylor was out for a couple meetings and Travis got bored, so he decided to hop on his PlayStation and play some Madden, since he hadn't been on his PlayStation at all for a while since Taylor's been staying with him and she's been keeping him company and distracting him with... other things.

The game loaded back up for the Chiefs to punt it to the other team and right as he did, the door opened and Taylor's soft, beautiful voice rang out. "I'm home!"

"I'm the living room!" Travis yelled back, keeping his eyes focused on the screen in front of him.

Taylor walked in moments later with her purse slung over her shoulder. "Hey, baby." Travis said.

"Hey." Taylor smiled, setting down her purse in the coffee table in front of the couch before leaning into give Travis a kiss. "How were your meetings?" Travis asked, starting the next play on his game.

"Good, boring, but good. How was your day? Very fulfilling, I see." She joked, plopping down on the couch and swinging her legs over Travis' lap.

"Yep! Not much to do. I've really just been playing madden." Travis said, rubbing his thumb over Taylor's ankle for a second before moving his hand back to the controller.

"So you've just been playing as yourself in a video game all day?" Taylor asked, glancing at the tv and then Travis.

"Not just me, the whole team! But me included, yes. I've scored three touchdowns this game!" He boasted like a child.

"And are you deliberately trying to get yourself open or is that just how it's turned out." Taylor asked.

"Let's just go with the second one." Travis replied.

Taylor let out a relaxed sigh, resting against Travis' shoulder.

"Do you wanna play?" Travis suddenly asked out of nowhere.

"Hm?" Taylor asked, her eyes closed.

"Do you wanna play a game after this one's over?" Travis repeated.

Taylor opened her eyes, furrowing her eyebrows. "What game?"

"This one? Madden." Travis replied, gesturing to the game.

"Oh." Taylor replied. "I don't know, Trav. I don't think I'll be any good."

"You don't know until you try." Travis replied. "Come on! Just one game. You can play the cpu on rookie mode if you want to."

"Fine." Taylor said. "You're lucky I can't say no to your cute face." She sighed, taking her feet off of Travis' lap sitting up straight.

"Alright, I'm almost don't with this game so why don't I go ahead and teach you the controls while I finish." Travis said and Taylor nodded.

And Travis began to explain the controls and how to play the game, with Taylor listening as intently as she could so she'd get it down.

"And I think that's about everything. Ready to play?" Travis asked.

Taylor nodded and Travis handed her the controller. "Ooh, this feels weird." She commented, getting the controller comfortable in her hands.

"Have you really never played video games?" Travis asked.
