Beauty and the Shaolin Zombie // Liu Kang x Usagi [COMPLETED]

Chapter 5: Netherrealm

When Raiden and Fujin arrived at the Netherrealm, they entered the temple of Shaolin where they could find the fallen Earthrealm warriors.

"Liu Kang! We had come here to your domain as agreed!" Raiden called out to him.

No response.

"Show yourself to us!" Raiden called out to him again. Then Liu Kang and the other fallen warriors appeared as they stood in front of the two Gods.

"After twenty-five years, Raiden, the Earthrealm champions once more warriors," Liu Kang said in hatred towards Raiden.

"Liu Kang, we came here for the reason. We call it a truce so we can make things right. We will even resurrect you and the other warriors. Liu Kang, I hope you will forgive me for what I did, but revenge isn't the way. This war has got to stop." Raiden said, trying to be reasonable to him.

Liu Kang narrowed his eyes. "Yes, but on my terms."

Then the Netherrealm army appeared and attacked the two Gods, but Raiden managed to slice their heads off with the lightning blade while Fujin could handle them. When they finished killing the zombies, now it was Liu Kang and his friends' turn to take them down.

This fight couldn't last long until they severely injured Fujin and Liu Kang knocked Raiden out, taking him prisoner, but Fujin managed to escape from the Netherrealm.

Liu Kang let out an evil smirk. "It has begun."

"Liu Kang... you don't have to do this... There has got to be a way...." Raiden grunted in pain.

"There is no way." Then Liu Kang threw Raiden to the dungeon after he had dragged him around the temple.
