Then Chief Boden voice came from the radio. "Okay people listen up. Fire is on the 19th floor. There are 29 floors in total. Ambulance 61 is Triage. Engine 27 connect to a hydrant and feed Engine 51. Then Captain Olivia Benson came up the stairs. " Hello Voight. Everyone." She said then she looked at Erin. "I'm proud of you kid." She then turned to Voight. "How much does the public know?"

"Apart from the two explosions and the three shootings. Nothing. Only people who know all the details are in this room, Chief Wallace Boden and Doctor Dan Charles." Voight said.

"Hank, it's Boden, if you can hear me, I have eyes on Emma, she's in a crowd of people that has formed. What should I do?"

Hank then picked up the CFD Radio. "Wallace do not lose eyes, Kim and Adam are on their way." Hank said into the radio. As Adam and Kim got up and headed out.

At Lakeshore Memorial Trudy was waking up, after a big sleep. "Jesus Trudy what have you gotten yourself into." Trudy couldn't believe what she heard. In Mouch's chair, was the ghost of Detective Alvin Olinsky. " you look like hell."

"Sod off. It's good to see you old friend." Trudy chuckled.

At the still and box alarm the FD was working to get everyone outside. Boden was working hard. "Okay listen up. All floors above the fire floor have been searched. Truck 81 keep trying to get into the fire floor. Engine 33 feed Engine 25. Engine 25 assist Engine 51 in putting the fire out." He stopped as Adam and Kim came to him. "Ambulance 99 be advised Intelligence is heading to you."

"She's at Ambulance 99?" Kim asked receiving a nod from Boden. She and Adam made their way to Ambulance 99. " Emma, Chicago PD we need to talk to you."

"I want a lawyer and I'm not speaking until I get one." Emma replied.

Back at the district. Voight, Olivia and Dr.Charles were trying to figure out what to do. "She lawyered up immediately." Voight said. "Dan could you see if you could get her to talk. If she's a victim, there is no telling what that bastard has done."

"Look. Worse case scenario, after the 48 hours is up. If I can find enough reason I can put her in 72 hour hold." Dr.Charles said.

Ambulance 95. Engine 33. Squad 8. Truck 121 DC 2-2-9. collapsing building Chicago library.

"Who is DC 2-2-9." Voight asked.

" District Fire Chief Sam Mullins." Adam responded from the doorway. "Per new CFD protocol a District Chief can choose to work from CFD Headquarters or a Firehouse within their district. He's the District Chief for District 4, and Chief Boden's Boss."

"Copy that." Voight said.

"Holy shit." Voight exclaims. "Come on Liv let's go."

Intelligence raced to the library. This could be it, they could end this madness now. "Okay people, shoot to disarm not kill. I want this bastard to rot in jail." Voight said over the radio.

2-2-9 to main, CPD's suspect has fallen from a building. He's dead

Voight stopped it was over. Unfortunately the bastard wouldn't rot, but he couldn't hurt anyone else.
