"Okay listen up, Boden is doing his rounds so I'm 51's Ranking officer until he returns. "Herrmann said. "I know the situation with Chief Casey sucks but we will still see him. The next officer exams are 15 days away, our very own Lieutenant Severide and Firefighter Mouch are taking their respective exams. It's the shift after a tornado. 1st shift's ranking officer has enforced me that they got called to a lot of car crashes, so be ready." Herrmann finished as Brett raised her hand. "Yes Brett."

"Just got a message from Casey, the homeless girl that Ritter helped a number of years ago, Vanessa I think her name was, is the candidate of Engine 20." She replied

"Well, I'll be damned." Ritter said. "Tell Casey to tell her I'm inviting her over to Mollys for a drink, it's been awhile since I've seen her."

"Copy that." Brett said.

"Dismissed." Herrmann said. "Ritter first round of drinks are on the house."

"Thanks Herrmann." Ritter said

"Ambulance 61. Truck 81. Person trapped *location*"

As soon as they arrived they could see a crowd. "Carver, Kylie crowd control. Halstead, Damon we'll get the branches off the victim." Seager ordered

Brett checked the victim's pulse. "I've got a pulse, Seager I need a neck brace until I can clear her c spine."

"Copy that." Seager replied

Back at 51 Herrmann was looking at the blue office. "Sometimes CFD protocol sucks."

"Hey Captain can I ask you a question?" Borrelli asked. Herrmann nodded. "You ever think about making Chief?

"Back in the day when I first took the Lieutenant's test, my end goal was Battalion Chief, now I'm fine with just being Captain." Herrmann said.

"I'm going to listen to the radio." Borrelli said as Truck 81 walked through the doors

"Poor girl got crushed by falling branches. Brett and Novak are restocking at Med since first shift wasn't able to." Seager said.

"I'd recommend getting some rest before"Herrmann started to say

The PA system cut him off "Engine 51. Squad 3. Truck 81. Manpower assist *location*"

"That." He finished. "Let's go."

As soon as 51 arrived they saw Casey. "Truck 81, Squad 3 assist with the moving the fallen derby and helping any victims , Engine 51 we've already had one flare up, I want one hose line incase of it happening again." He ordered. "20 is taking care of the left side, you guys take the right hand side."

"Copy that Chief." Said 51

"Fire department, call out." Everyone from 51 said after they started moving the rubble. "Hey guys stop a sec." Halstead said. "Пожарная служба, вызовите" he said. "Пожарная служба, вызовите." He repeated. "Lieutenant Cruz it's coming from around where you are." Halstead said

"Capp. Tony let's start moving some of this rubble and fine that victim." Cruz ordered while everybody else continued searching for victims

"Chief its Kylie, I've found the cause of the flare up, the collapse must have hit a power cable. I see a power line and it's sparky." Kylie said into her radio

"Copy that Kylie, Carver help Kylie search for victims near the downed power line." Casey said into his radio. "Battalion 25 to main, I need the power shut off at my location, we have a downed power line."

"Copy that Battalion 25, the power company is being notified."

"To all companies, there is a potential downed power cable, be careful." Casey said

"Halstead we've found your victim, he doesn't speak English very well, I'm sending him down with Capp." Cruz said

"Copy that, Lieutenant, I'll take him to Triage." Halstead said.

"Chief we got propane canisters." Seager said

"Battalion 25 to main, we need that power shut off now, we have an explosion risk." Casey said

"Battalion 25, be advised the power company is having some problems with their system, due to the tornado."

"I got two victims." Kylie said. "Need some help over here."

"On my way." Damon said

"We got a fire." Carver said

"All units fall back now ." Casey ordered.

Just then there was an explosion

"Truck 81 report!" Casey said. "Squad 3 report!" Casey said. "Battalion 25 to main there's been an explosion Truck 81 and Squad 3's location is unknown. I need that power shut off NOW."

A second explosion

"Battalion 25 to main secondary explosion, Mayday Emergency! Mayday! Mayday!" Casey screamed down the radio

"Copy that Battalion 25, all units, keep the air clear for Mayday transmission.

"Engine 51, Engine 20 knock down the fire." Casey said. "Main I need two Squad and Truck Companies, for RIT rescue."

Copy that Battalion 25, companies en route."

"Squad 4. Truck 75. Squad 8. Truck 121. RIT rescue *location*"
