"I'm sorry what?" Casey said.

"hurricane and tornado." Borrelli repeated

"Son of a bitch." Casey said. "I want you at the tower listening to the radio, my wife is out there and I want to know the second anything happens."

"Copy that Chief." Borrelli said.

Mouch then came up to Casey. "Hey Chief, is this a good time I would like to talk to you?" He asked Casey who nods. "I want to take the Lieutenants test."

"Mouch the next officer tests aren't until next month, Severide is taking the Captains test. Would you like me to put you in for the Lieutenants test next month?" He asked.

"Yes Chief." Mouch replied.

"Good luck." Casey said.

Meanwhile Ambulance 61 had finished dropping the victim and was about to leave Med when a huge thunderclap could be heard, "Jesus that sounds bad." Novak said

"We better head back to 51." Brett said

Then a huge bang bang rang through the ED

"Maggie, Hannah, Monique, Brett and Novak with me." Archer ordered, the 6 of them ran out multiple cars had crashed, "Dear god." He exclaimed. "Brett get units here, Novak your in charge of Triaging the victims until your Field Chief gets here, Monique run back inside and tell Doris to trigger the all-hazard disaster plan, everyone else let's help the victims out."

"61 to main, there's been a huge car crash outside Chicago Med, I need a EMS plan 2 and 2-11 alarm." Brett said into the radio

Copy that 61. units en route to your location

At Firehouse 51. Everyone was waiting for 61 to return, and to be honest Casey was getting nervous but that's when Borrelli came to them. "Guys there was a crash at Med, I just heard Brett request a EMS plan 2 and a 2-11 alarm."

As if on cue the PA system went off, "Engine 51. Squad 3. Truck 81. Battalion 25. Ambulance 99. Engine 20. Squad 1. Truck 68. Ambulance 102. Ambulance 154. Ambulance 80. Ambulance 15. multi vehicle accident Chicago Med

"Let's roll," Casey said.

As soon as everyone arrived, Casey could tell this would be a long one. "Okay Engine 51 drop a hose line, Truck 81, Squad 3. Truck 68. Squad 1. help the doctors get the victims out. Engine 20 traffic control this accident is already bad let's avoid it getting worse."

"Truck 66 to Battalion 25 were a block away from your call, do you require any more units?" Casey could tell that the voice was Captain Tommy Welch.

Casey looked at the road. "Affirmative Truck 66, we need an extra unit to help block off the road." He said into the radio

"Copy that,we're en route." Welch said over the radio

"Chief this is bad, some of these cars are full." Cruz said

"Get as many people out." Casey said.

"Mouch, Tony. get the saw, jaws and cutters." Cruz ordered

"Chief we got fuel leaking from at least two cars." Seager said.

"Copy that, Cruz use jaws and cutters only there's to much fuel to risk the saw," Casey ordered

"Truck 66 on scene"

"Hose line standing by." Herrmann said

"Jaws and cutters here Lieutenant." Mouch said

Over the next few minutes Firehouse 51 and 20 worked to get everyone out of the rubble. "Everyone is accounted for Chief." Cruz said

"Alright let's pack it up and head back to the station." Casey said. "Engine 20. Truck 66 everybody is safe. Slowly start opening the street back up." Casey said into the radio.
