THE TRIBULATIONS OF TSUKIYAMA SHUU

CHAPTER FOUR: RESOLVE

Shuu woke up feeling irritated from last night's encounter. He immediately proceeded with his push-ups, sit-ups, and squats exercises. Afterward, he went to his large walk-in closet and picked a tracksuit. He wore it and walked outside the mansion. He was greeted by the employees of the household.

'This place is really big.' Shuu thought as he proceeded to do laps around the compound. Mairo who was washing Shuu's car for school saw this and nodded in approval. Shuu finished his 100th lap easily, the only drawback was the hunger pangs. He went back to his room for a shower, dressed for school, and requested a large serving-unlike his usual morning dish.

Shuu finished his meal and asked Aliza who was on standby for his father's whereabouts.

"Oh, Mirumo-sama is in the gardens Shuu-sama." Aliza replied.

Shuu immediately got up and asked Aliza to help put his bag in the car which she did immediately. Shuu decided to try and conceal his presence and lighten his steps as much as he can. Shuu walked to the garden and found Kanae standing behind the family head in case he needed anything. Mirumo was seated on a chair and admiring the rose garden.

"Kanae, could you give my father and I a moment?" Shuu asked when he was behind Kanae.

Kanae was beside herself, she couldn't believe a ghoul with a distinguished smell like Shuu actually went undetectable until he announced his presence. His father however has heightened senses and could hear and smell Shuu approaching the garden even though his nose was busy with a rose.

Kanae looked back at the patriarch and he gave the nod. Kanae bowed slightly to Shuu and left the garden immediately.

"Father, good morning. How are the flowers faring on this beautiful day?" Shuu looked at his dad seated with his back facing him.

Mirumo stood up and hugged his son once more.

"Everything is fine now Shuu-kun. Is there anything you want to ask of me?" Mirumo asked.

"There is something I want Father. I would like three pairs of bracelets for my arms that weigh a hundred kilograms (two hundred and twenty pounds) each. I would also like three pairs of anklets weighing a hundred kilograms as well. I would also like... That's all I need for now. I think our jewel subsidiary can handle it and make it look like an accessory that I can wear even outside." Shuu said with a straight face.

"Hmm, from the sound of it, it seems like you want to train your body. For what? Who could dare touch us? We are the proud Tsukiyama family, and everyone knows of our might and influence!" Mirumo said with his arms spread out in glory.

Mirumo looked at his son and found a deadpan expression on his face.

"Alright, I'll have Matsumae send the requests to our mining company and have it finished in our Jewel company. Is that all?" Mirumo asked.

"That will be all for now Father. If you excuse me I'll have to leave for school." Shuu said as he made a slight bow and left for his car. Mairo was already inside and started the engine once Shuu entered.

Shuu arrived at school on time and stepped out of his car. He entered the school and was flooded by so many school girls.

"Good morning, beautiful girls." Shuu said but cringed internally, he couldn't help it, he had not only been transmigrated into another body but also inherited some of the traits and personality as well. The boys as usual didn't like the reception Shuu got just because he was rich and had the body of a K-pop Idol. He looked their way and simply passed them. After his three classes for the day, he went to the head teacher's office and knocked.
