Chapter Fourteen
Yao nibbled on her bottom lip as she observed the statistical notes she had taken down from watching training matches of the Team called KING, for not being a regulated team as of yet? She could tell they were good and had all the makings of becoming a great team if they could make it further than where they were located in the lower league. Though, she nearly shook her head as she had noted something and it was going to hit the man hard. The Jungler plus Captain of KING, A'Guang was an arrogant little shit from what she was viewing of him and when he lost? It was not going not to be pretty. This is why she had scolded Pang before the match against the team next door...some arrogance though good but having too much of it? Or being too full of yourself? Was going to end in a disaster for the younger male especially, if she was correct he was barely old enough to play in the league at the age of 16 or 17.
"Good morning, Yao." greeted Ming with a smile to the female as he approached her form sitting on the couch near the computer area. He was pleased though as she had color back to her cheeks and seemed to be moving better today. Though, he perked up as he saw she was going over some stats and smiled with pride. "Did you take stats down from the team we are going against today?" he asked as he handed his coffee to Rui and leaned down some.
"Shì de (yes)." nodded Yao as she beamed up to the man and moved, showing him her notes and felt happiness as he looked proud of her work as he eyed it. "We need to keep in mind just because they are not in the higher leagues we are, they are still our opponents and we should treat them as such." she spoke as she cut off Rui-ge with a glare he had gone to open his mouth with a superior look before he snapped his shut.
