Chapter Twenty-Four

"What's up with my Oppa (brother in Korean that females use! Thank you, BloodyAngelSeki, for the helpful information!)?" inquired Yao as she came down the stairs and settled beside her boyfriend as she had noted he was speaking in Korean and watched him as frustration flashed in his eyes at something. "Sicheng?" she asked in a softer tone as she placed a hand on his shoulder causing him to glance at her.

"Because of the incident with that bastard Dragon and everything else going on plus the interview that we did as we refused to play ball with the reporters? It has brought on some much more turbulence, that is hitting all the clubs really except for ours but mainly the ones with Korean players. Some of the public opinion is, within the national pro leagues, whether we are domestic or foreign players, that we can not control ourselves. So there has been a demand that clubs need to strengthen management." snorted Sicheng as his girl grimaced before he frowned as he noted some guilt in her eyes. "This is not your fault, Kitten." he reassured her as he flicked her nose gently with his finger with a warning look as he knew she was going to blame herself. He would nip that in the ass because her being attacked by some bastard was not her goddamn fault and he would kick anyone's, even her own ass for daring to even suggest or say it was.

"What type of demands?" frowned Yao as she batted lightly at his hand away from her nose. Though it still did not help that she thought some of this was her fault considering Xu Tailum had targeted her because of their past, even if she had not known who he was till recently.

"I asked Hierophant on whether we should have battle between old men, such as drinking," he began in teasing tone as she snorted with a amused before snickering at his wording as she moved leaning on the table next to his gaming computer as he moved entwining their fingers with a playful tug on them. One thing he was pleased about was that his girl had proven she was not like other girls and did not care if he wanted to spend time with his best friend...though more than half the damn time, she was the one spending time with his damn best friend instead! "He informed me that YQCB now has a curfew. Their Club now established a curfew that going out after 10pm is completely forbidden unless an official is with them or it has something to do with E-Sports, not even for food." he sighed as she grimaced, losing her amusement.

"No wonder why Ai Jia has sent me crying emojis and Jinyang has been kind of prissy about Ai Jia not being allowed to see her or her really being allowed to visit him." sighed Yao with a shake of her head at this before she blinked as a nervous Pang, Lao Mao but obviously amused Lao K and Ming came towards her and their Captain as Rui-ge was playing with her cats on one of the couches nearest to the computers. "What's wrong?" she asked, ignoring as her boyfriend was playing with her fingers.
