Chapter Sixty-Three

The screen flashed.

The countdown hit zero.

Game One began.

The arena erupted.

Minions marched. Jungle timers ticked. Wards dropped like silent landmines across the map. The commentators' voices snapped into rapid-fire cadence, overlapping with the roar of the crowd as the first skirmishes erupted almost immediately.

"Early invade coming in from YQCB!"

"They're not giving ZGDX time to breathe—look at that rotation!"

On stage, hands flew over keyboards and mice in blinding speed. The calm from draft vanished in an instant, replaced by raw, controlled chaos.

"Top missing," Lao K called.

"I see him," Lao Mao replied. "He's fishing."

"Bot pushed," Pang added. "Wave advantage."

Sicheng's voice cut through clean and sharp. "Ward river. Don't overextend."

In midlane, Yao's Kisei glided just outside minion range, weaving precise spell harass, forcing Ai Jia back step by step.

"She's already trading aggressively!" one announcer shouted. "That's a hard champion to pilot under this pressure!"

"She's making it look comfortable!"

The first blood didn't take long.

A clash erupted in the river, junglers colliding, support rotating early. Health bars plummeted.

"Focus him!" Lao Mao barked.

"Burn flash!" Pang yelled.

"Got it!"

The screen flashed red.

FIRST BLOOD — YQCB.

The crowd roared, half in celebration, half in shock.

Yao's jaw tightened.

"Reset," Sicheng said immediately. "Don't tilt."

"I'm not," she replied calmly, fingers already repositioning. "He burned everything." Within seconds, she punished the overstep mid. Kisei's burst combo landed clean, spell weaving perfect.

Ai Jia's health bar evaporated.

"Mid is low!" Lao K called.

"Now," Sicheng said.
