Chapter Forty-One

"I know we were sent away for our own good? But I am glad we are back home." sighed Yao as she put the last of things away and moved walking over to her babies as she had missed them terribly but knew Sicheng's mother had taken good care of them. She could tell both had been recently groomed.

"Me as well, Kitten, me as well." agreed Sicheng as his lips tilted up into a fond smile as he watched as his wife showered her fur babies with attention and love. His eyes darkened as the word wife rang in his head as he felt desire, want, love and pride that he could finally call her his wife and all China (the other E-Sports players aka his girl's damn stamps) would finally understand and get it that his girl was now his permanently and none of them had a chance in hell with her...not like they did before but this should bring it home to the pests.

"When is our next match happening and we are going up against YQCB correct?" inquired Yao as she tossed her husband a smile over her shoulder.

"Not till next Saturday and yes it's against the team next door." informed Sicheng as he moved, approaching and wrapping his arms around his wife, holding her close as she leaned back against him.

"No wonder, Ai Jia was being a little smug, uh." huffed Yao as she scowled briefly as she was going to pay that Mid back. "Probably thinks he is going to be able to beat me." she muttered with an affronted tone but huffed once more as Sicheng chuckled deeply.

"He only dreams that he can beat you, Kitten." reassured Sicheng to his riled Kitten up, before he turned her around in his arms with his hands on her hips, so he could stare into her eyes. His eye softened as he leaned down and kissed her, enjoying it as she did not hesitate to return said kiss back to him.

"Okay guys, now that we are back from Xiamen and most of everything has been taken care of? We need a game plan. We technically will have 3 matches left of the season. The 1st is with YQCB next Saturday, the 2nd one is against CK. It will be the CK match that will be determined on who will be going into the Championship Finale. If we beat them? We will be going into the Finale." spoke Ming as he looked at everyone around the team meeting room and watched as they all nodded back to him with serious looks and was glad no one was making any cocky arrogant remarks...though the glare Yao shot at them all? Probably deter them from doing so.

"And despite everything that has happened? Those two teams besides us? Are the strongest teams in the league and those two will be the ones that will give us the most trouble." spoke Yao as she frowned looking down at her notes before she looked up at the others around her as they nodded in agreement with her words. However, she was concerned about something. She had noted something about her husband, which made her make a mental note to keep an eye on the stubborn man along with speaking with Ming later.
