Aru woke up at exactly 11:47 at night.

She had drool all over her mouth, her mouth tasted like the smell of rotten fish, and she was still in the same yellow hoodie and black jeans. She hadn't changed.

Aru groaned, and wriggled around in the bed, until she eventually got the guts to get off the extremely comfortable bed and take a hot shower, and then she brushed her teeth and ate the chocolate that was at the care package, but it didn't taste very good as she'd just brushed her teeth.

"Ew." said Aru in disgust.

She went to the mirror and looked at herself for a good minute. Aru was wearing a grey shirt that had "MARVEL" engraved on it, and black pants with all kinds of marvel symbols. She sighed, and turned off the lights, about to go back to bed, until she heard a knock on her door.

Who dares to disturb my beauty sleep?

Aru opened the door, "Do you not know-" and she was cut off by a kiss.

She was taken aback, until she realised who it was that was kissing her. The scent of clean laundry and spices that she knew all too well engulfed her senses. She wrapped her hands around Aiden's neck and kissed him back, just as desperately.

"What happened?" Aru asked, practically heaving for air.

"I don't know," Aiden said, breathing hard.

"I swear, if you were trying to kill me with a kiss, it almost worked," said Aru.

Aiden chuckled, and pressed his forehead against Aru's and stared.

Has anybody told him how handsome he is? Aru wondered.

"No," Aiden responded. He looked down at her with a smirk. "Do you think I'm handsome, Aru?"

Aru's cheeks flushed, and she pushed Aiden out of the doorway, and slammed the door shut. She heard Aiden laughing as she leaned on the door.

"Shah?" He asked. "I know you're there."

"Leave me alone!" Aru retorted.

"Fine," Aiden said. Aru slowly opened the door to meet Aiden.

"What?" She pointedly asked.

"Be ready at 1:45 tomorrow," He said. Aiden kissed her forehead, "Good night,"

Aru rolled her eyes. "Good night."

She went to sleep happy. Until...

"Aru! ARU!" She heard a familiar voice call. 

"What?" Her half - asleep self grumbled. 

"Aiden is picking you up at 1:45 and it's 1:15!" Aru's eyes suddenly shot open. 

"What?" Aru asked. 

"My point is, GET READY!" yelled the voice. 

"Copy that!" Aru exclaimed, getting out of bed.

She brushed her teeth, took a shower and pulled out the midi dress Nikita had made for her.

It was beautiful on her.

Her mom had let her borrow her neroli perfume which hopefully meant that Aru would smell like Krithika.

She pulled her hair away from her face and began tying it in a braid. "Leave it down," the voice insisted. 

"Bossy much," Aru mumbled. 

"Says the one who sasses everyone around," the voice retorted.
