Knowing the Potatoes, they're chaotic. Now that the great big war was over, the potatoes could finally focus on school in peace. They'd regularly meet up and do homework together (A.K.A Mini explaining everything).

"I did not expect human school to be this stressful," said Rudy. He was having a hard time with everything because he wasn't used to school on Earth.

"Well, that's just how life is, Rudy," Mini said, copying something from her textbook.

"I mean, what are these weird charts and formulas anyway?" Rudy exclaimed.

"For once, I actually agree with him," said Aru. "What are these weird formulas?"

"Just focus, Aru!" Mini exclaimed.

"Who wants food?" Brynne called from the kitchen. "ME!" Aru and Rudy said in unison.

The smell of fresh dosa and sambar drifted into the room, which even made Mini stop and look at the kitchen. Everyone loved Brynne's dosa. It was heavenly, and Aru wouldn't miss a chance to eat it.

Just then, Aiden walked in and stopped. "Are you making dosa, Bee?"

Brynne popped her head out of the kitchen, "No shi-"

"Okay it's time to eat now," said Mini as she closed her textbooks and got up from where she was sitting.

"FINALLY!" Aru exclaimed. "Learning about substitution was killing me."

"You'll be fine, Shah," Aiden smiled.

"Ammamma you're late!" Brynne exclaimed, setting the dosa of the dining table.

Aiden rolled his eyes, "I was helping my mom."

"Late." Brynne said as Hira put the sambar on the table.

"Whatever, Bee," said Aiden as he sat down at the dinner table. Aru plopped down in the seat next to him.

"What are you waiting for?" Brynne asked. "Eat!"

After eating delicious sambar and dosa, the potatoes were tired.

"I don't wanna studyyyy," Aru whined.

"But Aru we still need to review history on the American Revolution!"

"No way," Aru said, grabbing her back pack.

"I'm going home." Mini sighed, "Fine, but we're finishing this tomorrow!"

"Okay, okay," Aru chided.

"I'll come with you," Aiden said.

Aiden and Aru arrived at the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture. "Do you wanna come inside?" Aru asked. "Mom's gonna be a bit late."

Aiden looked across the street to his house. "Sure, Shah."

The two waved hi to Sherrilyn, and headed inside.

"So," Aru said.

"So?" Aiden repeated.

"What now?"

"You know how my dad's getting married to Annette in New York?"

"Yeah?" Aru asked.

"My dad said I could bring a plus one, and I was wondering if-"

"Yes." Aru said.

Aiden laughed, and dropped a kiss to Aru's cheek, which made her flush. "The wedding's in the summer, June 14 to be exact."

"Wifey, it's May," said Aru. Aiden rolled his eyes at the nickname.

"I know, but I'm going to his house this weekend to plan the wedding."

"For how long?" Aru asked.

"Just this week, Shah."

"Oh." Aru's face must have visibly dropped, because Aiden pulled her into a hug.

"I'm not gonna be long, Aru."

"Did you tell everyone else already?"

"I told Bee, and she said that she'll tell Mini and Rudy."

"So when are you leaving?" Aru asked as they walked out the museum.

"Friday." Aiden responded.

"In two days?" Aru exclaimed.

Aiden sighed, "Yes, Shah."

"And why didn't you tell me earlier?"

"Because I found out 4 hours ago."

"Oh." said Aru.

Aiden smiled before kissing her. It was a soft, gentle kiss. Their 22nd kiss (Yes Aru had counted).

"I'm gonna go now, okay?" Aiden whispered.

"Yeah, okay." Aru said.

Aiden pulled away, and walked across the street to his house, and before entering he waved goodbye. Aru smiled softly and waved back.

Feeling a bit empty, she walked back inside the museum to find Sherrilyn looking at her amused.

"So you've finally found someone you love, eh?"

Aru just smiled at Sherrilyn and walked up to her room.

Definitely.
