Not even a day after she had been officially named the Dynamite Hashira did (Y/N) have to go on another mission. Unfortunately, with her sword still broken, she wondered if she had to turn the request down. However, just as these thoughts glanced through her mind, she grimaced when hearing the cawing of her Kasugai Crow.

"Caw! Caw!" The bird screeched as it fluttered just a over her head. "The sword smith is on his way! The sword smith is on his way!"

    Then the bird was gone.

(Y/N) watched as the creature flew away, knowing that it stayed only until its message was delivered since it was common knowledge that she very much disliked the constant crowing. Exiting her current abode, which was still Kyojuro's home, she stepped outside onto the dirt pathway to wait for the arrival of her new katana. However, when seeing who was approaching, she tilted her head, puzzled.

    Hm...?

That's not my regular sword smith...

The man walking toward her wore a sunflower-patterned Haori and a large, woven hat with hanging floral wind chimes. His head was also wrapped in a spotted cloth and a Hyottoko mask that concealed his face, along with any sort of emotion that he might have expressed.

"Who are you? Where is Mori-san?" She asked once he was in ear shot, referring to her usual sword smith that made and delivered her katanas since she broke them quite often due to her temper.

The small bells on his hat tinkled softly.

    His footsteps were light.

    Finally he stopped.

Even though he seemed not to register her presence in front of him, he still said, "My name is Haganezuka. I have forged (L/N)(Y/N)'s sword, and I am here to deliver it."

"I see..." she hummed as she stared at him. "I am (L/N)(Y/N)... and Mori-san?"

"This is the Nichirin sword," he instead continued as he moved to unwrap the long and rectangular box from his back carefully and deliberately, no move unneeded or unnecessary. "And I forged it. The materials for a Nichirin sword are obtained from the mountain closest to the sun. Scarlet Iron Sand and Scarlet Ore. These produce steel that can absorb sunlight. Mount Yoko is bathed in sunlight all day long, you see. Never a cloud in the sky..."

"I already know that," (Y/N) mentioned as she watched him work.

"Hm?" He suddenly turned to face her, fully revealing his Hyottoko mask for her to see. "So you already know that... huh? You already know how many hours are put into forging such a piece? You already know all of the refining steps of the steel? You already know how to heat the coal and fire to the exact perfect temperature to obtain such a pristine and beautiful katana?"
