If (Y/N) were being honest, she wasn't expecting the sight before her: Tanjiro Kamado, the newly appointed Demon Slayer introduced to her, sitting before her on a pillow with his sister, Nezuko Kamado, a demon, laying down on the floor with a bamboo stick in her mouth.
She just blinked.
So... he's traveling with his sister... who's a demon?

Yushiro and Tamayo were also sitting down beside them, and the latter of the two couldn't help but smile softly at the way (Y/M) just stared at Tanjiro with a scrutinizing expression, not seeming to notice how he shifted in discomfort with an awkward smile on his lips. Yushiro, when noticing Tamayo giving (Y/N) such a look, only scowled at her.
It was quite a difference.
"So... your entire family was slaughtered by Kibutsuji Muzan, and turned your sister," she stated bluntly, not seeming to care even when he flinched at the fact. "You've then trained two years to become a Demon Slayer to hunt him down and inflict justice, is that correct? But you also couldn't abandon your demon sister, is that also correct?"
"Yes, ma'am!" Tanjiro answered with respect due to having found out about her Hashira status.
Her gaze lowered to the floor.
"Makes sense..." she murmured as she propped her fist up, how soft she spoke and how melancholy she looked a surprise to all since she very much didn't act in such a way previously. "...I probably would have done the same, in your shoes..."
She glanced back up.
Immediately, her scowl returned when noticing their surprised expressions, slapping her hand against the tatami matting and shouting, "But still, what the hell!? What will happen if your sister eats a human!? You think that shit's gonna fly? Fuck no! If anything, you and bamboo-shoot over there should be overseen by someone so stuff like that doesn't happen."
"B-Bamboo shoot?" Tanjiro seemed more startled by the way (Y/N) addressed Nezuko more so than anything. "W-Who? Nezuko?"
"Keep up with me, here," she snapped her fingers to break him from his stupor. "If your sister devours someone... you know what you must do, correct? You know the consequences of traveling with a demon?" Her eyes then slid to where Tamayo and Yushiro were sitting, staring at them for a second before reverting her gaze and continuing, "You're lucky I'm the Hashira you ran into. If it were someone else... they would have decapitated her without hesitation."
