"Here, little kitty," (Y/N) smiled at the small and adorable cat she was playing with.

Currently, she was outside the staircase of her apartment, having been about to walk to the flower shop where she worked until she saw a cat lounging just a few feet away. She couldn't help but engage, now delicately scratching under its chin and feeling the soft vibrations from its purring. After a hundred or so years, (Y/N) had softened. While she was the reincarnation of the Demon Slayer (Y/N)(L/N), no longer was she filled with so much anger and hatred.

She was whole again.

Standing up and waving goodbye to the small kitten, she adjusted her purse over her shoulder and walked away. The sounds of the bustling city resounded all around her, cars driving past her while kids ran down the sidewalks in an attempt to reach school on time. So much had changed in the last one hundred years, but (Y/N), not able to remember her previous life, didn't know that. Waving hello to the people that she had grown familiar with, she was almost to her store when three young men passed by her. She whirled around, her eyes widening when seeing one who subconsciously reminded her of Tanjiro, one who looked like Zenitsu, and another resembling Inosuke. She pressed a hand to her mouth as she glanced over the high school uniforms that they were wearing.

Why... do they seem so familiar?

This overwhelming feeling was so strange that she merely stood there for a second, trying to process everything that she was feeling.

    She then shook herself.

Turning back around to continue to her shop, she let out a sight when glancing at her watch and seeing that she was opening late, something that resulted not just from her playing with that kitten—a bump in her constant routine—but also her strange encounter with those she didn't know yet who seemed familiar.

With her emotions overwhelming her, she decided not to dwell too deeply on the subject.

Finally reaching her small shop, she turned the key to unlock the door and stepped inside, instantly being hit with the sweet fragrance of many different types of flowers. Preparing everything for opening hour, tending to the Blue Spider-Lily's the most since they were blooming—they only doing so during the day for a certain amount of time—she bustled around until nine.

Flipping around the sign that said the shop was open, (Y/N) waited for customers.

A few wandered in—women buying decorative flowers or men looking for a bouquet for a girlfriend's or wife's anniversary—but just like every other day, everything was peaceful. That was, until around one when a large limo pulled up to the door, reporters of all kinds immediately surrounding the car and the person who was escorted out. (Y/N) watched with wide eyes as a man dressed in all black with three other guards behind him walked into the shop, barring the reporters from entering.
