Davina was lying on her bed after her etiquette lessons from her mom who was also the best with etiquette when she was still active in the noble circle. Her mom was so strict with her so she didn't have many breaks until she perfected how to greet properly and gracefully.

"Mom was hard on me but I didn't think that she didn't even teach me before,"

Davina murmured as she closed her eyes because she was tired and too lazy to get up to get change. Mary came in with her tea and cookies after knocking kaya naman napatingin siya sa kaniya.

"Do you want to take a bath after your tea?"

"No, I'll just wash my face then sleep,"

"I think you can't do that, Miss Davina,"

"Why?"

Davina asked as she sips on her tea after stirring with the honey since bumangon siya nung nakita niya si Mary dala ang kaniyang pagkain at inumin.

"Your mother told me to bring you to her office and then eat dinner after that,"

"...okay,"

She answered defeated as she couldn't refuse if it was from her mother. Her maid just smiled at her since she knew that she couldn't refuse or not follow her mother.

"Do you need something, Mom?"

"No, I just want to give you the letter from Allyssa that one of our knights got from the countryside,"

Roselyn said as she handed the envelope to Davina who was in front of her and Davina accepted the letter since she had written a letter when she was there to Allyssa.

"What did she write?"

Roselyn asked after a few minutes since Davina opened the letter and read the content. She was busy reading it while her mom was waiting for her response.

"She said I should go to the Count Kennedy's house so that she can help me looking for you,"

"You know someone at Count Kennedy?"
