Chapter 51:

"No, Prince Kilden. I didn't accept his offer."

Sir Mao answered as he looked at Kilden beside Renz before going back to stirring the pot. Kilden laughed because Renz was looking at him, frowning, since he was teasing him even more, while Renz sighed and just let him speak.

"I thought you were here because you finally accepted his offer. So, why are you here?"

"I am with the heir of House Bennett."

"You mean the lady? Lady Bennett, that I have heard? Where is she?"

"She is resting at her tent."

"I see. I'll see her later then."

Prince Kilden said that he was curious about Lady Bennett, whom he heard that Crown Prince Renz danced with when he didn't dance to anyone aside from Sheenova or Lady Collins. Crown Prince Renz knows why he is curious about her since he didn't manage to see her, even though he was at his palace.

"You better not flirt with a young lady, Your Highness."

Luke commented as he helped Kerz and Dravis, despite they didn't want him to help them, but he was stubborn, so they just let him. Prince Kilden looked at Luke after he commented on him, and felt attacked.

"Who do you think I am? I have some decency, and not to flirt with a lady way younger."

"Really?"

"Yes, I am."

Luke looked at him, teasingly, and Prince Kilden frowned at his statement about him while Crown Prince Renz let them argue as he sat down on one of the logs near the fire. They all turned their head when they heard Allyssa and Davina's voices going out of Davina's tent beside Crown Prince Renz's tent.

"We should go to Duke Blaze's tent and visit him."

"Isn't that embarrassing when we go there?"

"No. He also said we could see him earlier."

"Alright. Priest?"

Davina said when she looked around and saw Luke, who saved her when she was kidnapped, so she let go of Allyssa's hand before approaching Luke.

"Priest Luke, it's nice to see you again. I didn't think that I would meet you here."

Davina said as she looked at Luke while he looked at her, frowning since he didn't know her, but then he noticed the similarities and recognized her.

"You are the one with Duke Blaze from that kidnapping, right? Is that your real eye color?"

She nodded and kissed his hand before looking at him. Luke was surprised by her actions since what she does is what a knight does to those whom they respect and will do anything to repay them.

"So, you were the heir of House Bennett? I thought you're name was just similar to hers, but I didn't expect that you are one since your eyes are different."

"Yes, I am. I also didn't know after that kidnapping. Thank you so much for helping, and I will do everything to repay you, so don't hesitate to come to House Bennett, Priest Luke?"

Davina said as she smiled at Luke, while Prince Kilden looked at her properly before he pulled Luke away from her. She was surprised by his action since he faced her after moving Luke away.

"Wait, you are the lady from that kidnapping where I bumped you, right? You just have shorter hair and your eye color."

Prince Kilden said as he remembered bumping into her when she almost tripped while running away, and his face turned red bright when he remembered something, so as Davina remembered him where she tripped and he caught her before she could hit the ground.
