FUBUKI stared down at the girl. "No...?" The redhead replied, confused. "Who are you-"

"You know him as Saitama. And from what I hear, you're awefully close with the S-Class Hero, Demon cyborg, too. Is this true?" Asked the esper.

"I like to think so. They're really the only friends I have here." Replied the teen. "I see. Does the Caped baldy live around here?" Asked Fubuki, flipping a bit of her perfect hair behind her.

"The floor above me, ma'am." Replied the girl. "I see..." replied the hellish blizzard.

"Would you like to come in for tea, Miss. Blizzard? The uh- guy I'm expecting... hasn't turned up yet. And I think Saitama is out too, and won't be back for a bit. I don't really want to see you wait outside his apartment awkwardly." She asked Fubuki, holding the door open for her.

"I suppose so. Thank you. What is your name?" Fubuki asked.

"I'm Umiko! It's nice to meet you." Umiko smiled. The older woman took a step in her freshly cleaned apartment.

"Sorry for the barrenness of it all." Umiko awkwardly laughed, going to her kitchen and pouring out a cup of tea for Fubuki. "You're fine, really. I don't care about that kind of thing. You're polite enough." Fubuki sat down at Umiko's kotatsu.

"I see that you don't have much. Have you moved here recently?" Asked Fubuki. "Uh, yeah. Just about six months ago! I'm not from here, obviously. I'm all the way over from City K." Umiko replied.

{author's note: in my terrible fan fiction City K is the equivalent of Greece}

"Hm, I've never been. Is it nice?" Asked Fubuki, making small talk. Now, normally, the top ranked B-Class Hero wouldn't partake in small talk unless it required business. But Fubuki felt... a little bad for the girl. So pathetic it was hard not to. A random teen girl, living by herself in a shitty apartment, who, according to her, had barely any friends, who was waiting on a guy who apparently wasn't going to show up.

"I think it is. I lived pretty close to the docks in my old town." Umiko smiled as she poured her and Fubuki her own cup of tea. "So why are you looking for Saitama?" Umiko asked.

"I believe that he would be incredibly useful for the blizzard group." Fubuki said, blowing some steam off the top of the cup before taking a cautious sip.

"Blizzard group?" Asked Umiko. "Yes, blizzard group. In the cruel world of the Hero Association, there are factions. It just so happens that my faction is one of the best out there, we lift each other up and help each other succeed in the cruel world of heros." Explained Fubuki.

"Oh! Well that sounds wonderful! It's great to hear that hero's grouping up to help each other sounds amazing." Umiko praised. "I'm sure Saitama would love to join you! If I were a hero, I'd probably join! Umiko smiled, taking a drink of her tea.

"Really?" Fubuki asked. "Of course! I don't understand the hero world much, but hearing you talk about your group sounds nice. Like a family!" Umiko agreed, nodding her head in reply.

"Anywho, I should introduce you to Saitama! He's always looking for a challenge, I think, and I'm pretty sure he could find one!" Umiko offered excitedly, flapping her hands back and forth, shaking out her excited jitters.

"Thank you, Umiko. That's awefully sweet of you." Thanked Fubuki. "You're being very kind to a woman you just met, you know that?" Said the blizzard as she took a sip from her tea.

"Well, I try. I don't really like being mean, and all. I just don't see the point!" Exclaimed the girl. "Really now? Why?" Inquired Fubuki. "It's a long story, but to cut it short, I was bullied a lot when I was still in City K, and I decided a while back that kindness was the right way to go. Well, that's what my dad would always tell me. 'Kindness Kills!' He would always tell me." Umiko explained.

"Your father sounds wise. He seems to have you brought up just fine." Fubuki nodded in reply. Umiko blushed a bit. "Aw! You don't have to flatter me! But I like to think he did a good job too." Smiled the girl. Fubuki chucked a bit. Umiko reminded her of the people that Hero's fought for. Kind, good people.

"So what made you decide to put a group like that together!" Umiko asked eagerly.

Fubuki sighed. "That's for another time, Umiko." She smiled softly. "But don't think Saitama will be home by now?" She asked Umiko. "I think so, but I'm not completely sure, though. Let's go check!" Umiko suggested, standing up.

Umiko unwittingly led Fubuki to Saitama's apartment, knocking on the door. "Saitama? You home? I have someone who wants to meet you!" Umiko yelled.

Saitama unlocked and opened his door. "Saitama, this is a hero, Hellish Blizzard! She's very nice, and wants you to join her hero group!" Umiko's excitedly exclaimed.

"I'm good. And wasn't Genos supposed to like... I dunno, hang out with you today?" Saitama questioned Umiko. "Oh, i dunno, I guess he bailed." Umiko awkwardly sighed. "Anywho, did I introduce you to Ms. Blizzard? She-"

"Yeah, I know, hero. Wants me to join her group or whatever. Not interested. Is this some kind of Newbie-Crushing thing?" Saitama asked, leaning on his door frame.

Umiko just watched as Fubuki just got more and more threatening and aggressive, a blue aura beginning to highlight her form.

"If you don't join, you WILL suffer." Fubuki threatens, small rocks and stray metal scraps from abandoned cars began to form a sort of twister behind her. Fubuki was about to show that B-Class nobody who he was messing with! She was the top ranked b hero! This guy should be BEGGING to be part of the Blizzard Group!

"Oh. Are you going to throw rocks or something?" Saitama said nonchalantly. God, he was pissing her off.

"Shut up, weakling." Fubuki let out a powerful pulse of energy, sending Umiko flying off the second story and over the ledge. Umiko screamed as she went down, bracing for impact.

But for some reason, she didn't hit the floor. She was being carried by strong, cold, powerful arms.

Genos. He looked a little damage, like he had gotten into a knife fight, and was halfway through getting turned into a kebab,

"Im sorry, Umiko. I fully apologize for being unable to attend you. I will make up for my incompetence in the future." He said.

"Y-You're okay. Just... give me a call?" Umiko asked, semi-yelling as Genos dodged and weaved through the twister of blue energy and rubble. Genos grasped her tight in his arms, carrying her like a bride. Genos made sure that Umiko didn't get hurt, taking a bit of denting from the flying debris.

"What is the situation?" Genos asked Umiko. "I-I think Ms. Blizzard is angry at Saitama for not joining her group. She's super strong- do you think Saitama will be okay?" Umiko asked Genos, giving him the rundown.

"Master will be fine. But first I shall make sure that you won't get hurt." Said Genos, carrying her to a safer, further location away. As Genos sat her down, his fingers lingering on her forearms, the two heard a male, angry, and determined hiss from behind them.

"Did I say you could leave, Demon Cyborg!?" Hissed the man.

As Umiko turned around, she saw a lankey, skinny, young man, dressed in tight black latex, a sword at his back, and a purple scarf around his neck, and his black haired tied into a top knot.

'Who is this guy?' Umiko thought to herself as the skinny guy creepily grinned.
