Next day came fast and after a long day at college, Isha returned home, feeling the weight of her assignments and lectures. She quickly changed her clothes, and headed out to her job at the hospital. Calling an auto, she navigated through the bustling city streets until she reached the hospital.

Once inside, she made her way to the elevator and pressed the button for the seventh floor. The familiar ding of the elevator doors opening greeted her as she stepped out and walked towards her cabin. She greeted her senior, Dr. Batra, with a warm smile.

"Good afternoon, Dr. Batra," she said.

"Good afternoon, Isha. Ready for another busy day?" Dr. Batra replied, returning her smile.

"Always," she responded with a determined nod.

Entering her cabin, Isha sat down at her desk and logged into her computer. The phone on her desk started ringing almost immediately, signaling the beginning of her shift. She took a deep breath and answered the first call.

Throughout the day, Isha continued to handle a variety of calls. Patients called in seeking guidance on managing their mental health, dealing with panic attacks, coping with grief etc. She carefully noted down each patient's concerns, provided the necessary support, and scheduled a follow-up appointment with Dr. Batra for a more in-depth consultation.

As Isha was working, she received a call from the receptionist. "Hello"

"Isha, there's a man here who wants to get an appointment." The receptionists voice was slightly excited Isha can tell from her tone.

"Please send him up on the 7th floor" Isha spoke in her soft tone.

A few minutes later, the door to her cabin opened, and she looked up to find Rudransh standing there in his usual sharp suit, exuding a cold, dangerous aura. His bodyguard closed the door behind him, leaving them alone in the room. Isha's heart skipped a beat at the sight of him, her previous interactions with him flashing through her mind.

He stood on the door for some time looking at her.

He stepped forward, his presence filling the room. "I need an appointment with you, Isha," Rudransh stated, his tone leaving no room for argument.

Isha's mind raced. She knew who Rudransh was—a powerful and influential figure. The thought of him needing her help was both surprising and intimidating. "Sir, Dr. Batra has more qualifications than I do and can offer you the best help for managing your mental health. He's experienced with high-profile cases and—"

"I want an appointment with you," Rudransh interrupted, his eyes locked onto hers with an intensity that made her uneasy.

Isha hesitated, her mind racing. She knew Rudransh was an important figure and wanted to ensure he received the best . However, his insistence and the authoritative way he carried himself made her nervous.

"Sir, I understand your preference, but I must insist that Dr. Batra is better suited for your needs. He has extensive experience and—"

"I would like to set the appointment with you" His tone left no space to argue.

Just then, there was a knock on the door, and Dr. Batra entered the cabin. "Good afternoon Rudransh sir." He seemed slight surprised at Rudransh's presence.

"Dr. Batra," Isha said, standing up. "I was just explaining to Mr. Rudransh that you might be better suited to handle his case."

Dr. Batra smiled reassuringly at Isha. "I understand your concern, Isha, but I have full confidence in your abilities. You've been handling cases very well. Besides, sometimes, patients feel more comfortable with someone they trust. If Mr. Rudransh feels that you are the right person for him, then I believe you can handle it."

Isha looked at Dr. Batra, feeling a mixture of gratitude and anxiety. "But, Sir, What if I make some mistake."

Dr. Batra placed a hand on Isha's shoulder. "Isha, you are more than capable of providing excellent care. I will be here to support you if you need any guidance. Trust yourself and your training."

He opened the door to go out but looking back and winking at Isha with a giddy smile. Isha looked at him with a confused face but he went away murmuring something and smiling to himself. She sat down now focusing on the intimidating man in front of her.

"From when would you like to start the session"  Isha asked quite uncertain that he would be coming to the session wearing a suit. Rudransh looked at her now looking content with her being with him.

At night, Rudransh sat alone in his room, the emptiness gnawing at him, a void that had only grown since he first met Isha. The memory of her gentle voice, her calm demeanor, and the way she genuinely cared for others lingered in his mind. He had tried to distract himself with work and social engagements, but nothing could fill the hollow feeling that settled in his chest every time he spent away from her. The realization struck him hard—he needed her presence because she brought a sense of peace to him.

And here he was not cause he need therapy, but he needed her. He wants to spend the whole day with her as he will be going out of country because some matters need his attention.

"I'll be out of country so after that--"

The door suddenly opens, Vittoro standing there with a phone call. "Sorry for the disturbance, sir but you have some matters to handle" Rudransh intake a harsh breath.

He stood up looking at Isha with unreadable eyes, ''I'll come back later" His words spoke while his eyes promised.

.....................

Rudransh stormed down the corridor, his jaw clenched and eyes burning with fury, as he muttered through gritted teeth

"Questi bastardi devono essere sistemati."

"These bastard needs to be taken care of"
