Isha entered the hall where a slim woman with her hair in a bun sat beside Janhvi. Janhvi was talking to her excitedly when she noticed Isha and yelled, "Bhabhi Sa!" before running over to her.

Isha looked at Janhvi, unsure of what to say. "Bhabhi Sa! Come sit with us!" Janhvi exclaimed, helping Isha to the sofa. "Dr. Nayra, this is my Bhabhi Sa," she introduced.

Dr. Nayra smiled at Isha, who returned the gesture with a small smile. "It's nice to meet you," Dr. Nayra said, standing up. "I hope you're doing well."

Janvhi led them to a guest room downstairs, avoiding the stairs. "I thought we'd be more comfortable down here," she said.

Dr. Nayra carefully opened the bandage from Isha's stomach. "Why do you have such a huge wound?" Janhvi asked, worry evident in her voice. "I noticed it before but didn't have time to ask, especially with Bhai Sa keeping you hidden."

"Does it hurt?" Dr. Nayra inquired, looking at Isha.

Isha nodded. "A little, when I walk or lie down for some time," she admitted softly.

Dr. Nayra nodded and began re-dressing the wound. Isha stayed silent the whole time, while Ishaan stood to the side, wincing each time the doctor applied the medicine or wrapped the bandage.

"Open your mouth for me, please," Dr. Nayra instructed Isha after finishing with her stomach. Isha obliged, and Dr. Nayra examined her mouth. "It's getting better. Just a week or two, and you'll be healed," she reassured her.

"Thank you," Isha replied, relief washing over her.

Dr. Nayra also put medicine on Isha's leg wound. When Isha insisted she could do it herself, Dr. Nayra jokingly said, "Don't steal my job from me!"

Ishaan raised an eyebrow. "Are you a nurse or a doctor? You seem very professional."

Dr. Nayra chuckled. "I work at the EliteCare Medical Institute."

Isha and Ishaan's eyes widened. "Wait, why is a doctor from India's number one ranked hospital here to re-dress a wound?" Ishaan asked in disbelief.

Dr. Nayra smiled. "I'm lucky my hospital got selected. Otherwise, Sir was about to call a doctor from abroad."

As Dr. Nayra finished dressing the wounds, Janhvi said, "I'll get some juice for Isha!" before leaving. Dr. Nayra excused herself, and Ishaan sat beside Isha, joking, "People get gold or diamond husbands, but you hit the jackpot with a titanium husband!"

He laughed, teasing her, when the door opened, and Mrs. Maya entered with a glass of juice.

Ishaan quickly stood up. "Namaste, Aunty!" he greeted, and Isha also stood to greet her.

"Leave the formalities," Maya said with a warm smile. Ishaan, wanting to give them some space, left the room, leaving Isha and Maya alone.

Maya placed the juice glass on the table and made Isha sit on the bed. "How are you, dear?" she asked in a motherly tone.

"I'm fine, Rani Sa," Isha replied, trying to sound cheerful.

Maya chuckled. "No, you're not Rani Sa now; you are," she insisted playfully.

Isha looked up at Maya, feeling the motherly love radiating from her. Suddenly, she felt an urge to apologize.

"What's wrong, Isha?" Maya asked, noticing her hesitation.

"I'm sorry," Isha said, her voice barely a whisper.

"Why are you apologizing?" Maya asked, curious.

Isha explained, "Every mother dreams of choosing the best for her child, but because of me, your right was taken away."
