"Guess we don't have much of a choice," I said.
"Let's get this over with," Monoma said, "No one gets away with playing with class B. Plus I'm starving."
"That's the spirit," Kaibara said with an arm over Monoma's, "I wonder what she meant but monsters though."
"Do you think those Nomu things live here?" Komori said scared as she held Kodai while Yanagi patted her head.
"She probably just wanted to mess with us," Kuroiro said, "Monsters don't exist."
"Really?" Shishida raised his eyebrow, "Says the guy who practically worships darkness."
"T-That's different!" Kuroiro's dark face reddened as Shishida laughed.
"You sure monsters don't exist?" Awase spoke.
"Stop teasing me-"
"I was just checking," Awase said as he pointed to the woods, "Because that thing sure looks like one."
"Okay let's stop with the-"
But before I finished, there truly was a monster waiting for us. It had a human-animal-like appearance with long limbs and sharp teeth.
"Bring it on you beast!" Tetsutetsu ran straightaway to the monster.
"I feel insulted by that," Shishida did the same as they each held onto a leg.
"Hold still!" Bondo shouted as he glued the monster's limbs to the surrounding area.
"Forgive me beast!" Shiozaki used her vines to confine the monster, "May you be blessed in the afterlife."
Tsuburaba clasped his hands together and rapidly blew into them, "Platforms up ahead!"
"Nice backup!" Kaibara took action as he thrusts his arms into the creature.
Class B put in an impressive effort to vanquish the menacing monster. However, its hide seemed thicker as our attacks weren't doing much.
"It won't budge!" Kamakiri spat, "Our attacks aren't doing much either."
"Maybe if we could apply enough force," Setsuna stated, "We could crack it open."
"Any bright idea?" Juzo said not taking his eyes off the monster.
I watch the scene before me as I think about a plan to take this thing down once and for all. I thought for a moment as my classmates approach to the monster gave me an inspiring idea.
"I think I got one," I said turning my body to steel once again, "Setsuna, give me a lift."
Setsuna, clearly skeptical, nodded as she lifted me into the air.
I use Kamakiri's Razor Sharp quirk to produce long blades from my wrists. Next, with the help of Kaibara's Gyrate, I prepare myself to become one hell of a human top.
"You better not break any bones," Even though Setsuna's eyes and mouth were in different places, I could tell she had a concerned look.
