AUTHOR'S POV-
"I'm taking her, but I'll complete my work as well. I don't know anything, and most importantly, I'm not an entertainer who'll keep her from getting bored. I'll organize everything there so she can enjoy the trip without me. I've already arranged the meeting schedules, and I don't want to cancel them" Rashvik said politely, looking at Rajiv, only to get a flick on his forehead by him and a light hit on the back of his head by Prachi.
Prachi gave him a disgusted look and then hit him again. Sarakshi was looking at him with a pout, all her excitement for the trip dying out. She hadn't expected much from him, like taking her to places or making the trip special, but she had hoped he'd at least behave nicely after today's incidents. But Rashvik being Rashvik, shattered all her hopes.
"Maar kyu rahe ho?" Rashvik said dramatically to Prachi rubbing the back of his head while Reyansh laughed
(why are you hitting me?)
"Maru nahi toh kya karu? Sharam ati hai tujhe? Neeraj rehte na itni maar khilati mai tujhe room mai band karva ke" she huffed in annoyance and hit him again. This time, Rashvik pulled her nose to get his revenge.
(what else should I do? Don't you feel ashamed? If Neeraj were here, I'd have asked him to lock you in a room and give you a good thrashing)
"Faltu batein mat kiya karo na aap aur aise kaise maar khilate galat kya kiya hai maine" Rashvik retorted and Prachi tried to pull his hands away from her nose.
(Don't talk nonsense. How could you hit me? What did I do wrong?)
"Pehle hath hata fir batati hu kya galat kiya hai" Prachi said, her voice sounding funny because of her nose. Rakshit, who had been leaning on Rashvik, sat up straight to let them fight peacefully.
(First, let go of my nose, and then I'll tell you what you did wrong)
Rashvik gripped her nose tighter shook her whole face in all directions and then pulled her hands back. Prachi rubbed her nose, which was red by now.
'I will not go with him' She gestured to him with a pout and shook her head
Sarakshi was excited about the trip, but Rashvik's attitude dampened her spirits. She had hoped for a different kind of trip, one where he'd at least try to make an effort. She turned to Rajiv, who gave her a reassuring smile as if to say everything would be alright. Reyansh, on the other hand, was enjoying the show, laughing at their playful banter.
"Uncle, dekho na ise!" Prachi whined, looking at Rajiv with an exaggerated frown.
(Uncle, look at him!)
"Why are you complaining now? If you can't handle it, then don't mess with me in the first place. Samjhe?" Rashvik shot back, raising his voice slightly.
(If you can't handle it, then don't mess with me in the first place. Understand?)
"Excuse me, Mr. Rashvik Singh! Don't you dare raise your voice at me. Pit dungi mai tujhe" Prachi glared at him, pointing her index finger threateningly.
(I'll hit you)
"Pit ke dikhao" Rashvik said sternly, challenging her. "Why do you always pick fights with me for no reason?"
(Go ahead, hit me.)
"I'm not an idiot like you who fights without reason, so shut your mouth and listen to me. All that nonsense you said about organizing everything and leaving her alone she's your wife, not someone you can just abandon like that" Prachi snapped back, her voice firm.
