Cassidy was struggling to contain her anxiety as she paced back and forth in the arrivals section of the airport. There was a mixture of nerves and excitement swirling around her stomach.

Taylor had dropped her off to pick up Jamie, mostly to ensure Cassidy would be with Hank or George and not trying to escape their watch. Tonight was the night they'd been anticipating for a long time now.

The big performance.

The last few days Taylor and Cassidy had been spending a lot of quality time together, as well as practicing and perfecting everything. Ensuring that the transition between Shitty Karaoke and their new song they decided to title: Through The Rain was perfect.

Their voices sounded amazing together, and so did the songs. They blended almost seamlessly, creating a beautiful harmony. Even their voices were meant to be ;).

Cassidy was slightly worried the lyrics might make their relationship, a little bit obvious, but Tree had assured both of the singer's that the internet would move on if they debunked them with an 'it's only about our friendship' statement.

Although they were keeping their relationship together a secret for now, Tree had caught on pretty quickly. So with Cassidy's permission, Taylor had just about no choice but to confess before their duet. Tree would help them keep it under wraps until they were ready to tell people.
